“Product well packed and parts marked by group. Had the greenhouse erected by person you advised and he made a good and detailed job of it. Only disappointment with it, is the lack of securing the door. Blows open in a not too strong a wind.”

“I would advise that you look over the build plans before you purchase.I was wrongly under the impression that the doors were on the shorter side. I would also be aware that you will need at least a wooden base. On saying all this although it seems a bit flimsy it has stood up to the recent winds well.”

“When I started to erect the greenhouse there were no instructions enclosed! I then made a phone call, received an explanation, a copy of the instruction were sent immediately by email. The back centre top pane of glass was an incorrect size , however that has been overcome. I await the arrival of my three tier stand and then all will be complete. I must emphasise that the reassurance I received from both telephonists was marvellous. It also gave me the confidence to proceed in the belief they gave me that help would only be a phone call away, and so it proved. Cannot fault you and not only would I recommend you , I will continue to use your services with confidence.. Many Many thank you's to all.. John Roscoe”

“Excellent greenhouse, very robust and strong. Reasonably simple to build but it did take us a considerable time - nearly 12 hours including the base and auto window attachments. You may consider the cost of delivery with build a worthwhile cost, but we quite enjoyed building it ourselves!”

“Bought the Vitavia Venus greenhouse with horti glass. It was delivered on time, really well packaged and the parts were well numbered ready for construction. Three of the glass panes were cracked on delivery, but these were replaced at no extra cost. It took 2 days to erect and went reasonably well, although some of the diagrams could have been clearer. (There is a Vitavia greenhouse video on Youtube which I wish I had seen before erecting mine). It is vital to get the base exactly square and well secured. The fiddly bit is sliding on the rubber seals and putting the glass clips in. My fingers were sore for some days after! Once erected the greenhouse looks terrific, is very sturdy and a delight to use. Having scoured the internet for prices, I think Vitavia is the best value around. Greenhouse Stores and Vitavia are highly recommended.”

“The delivery was at 6 am after I was told it would be late morning when I was informed the previous week. The installation was done on the Saturday and Sunday after I had to phone the supplier twice to find out when it would be done. The installation was done by David Kenny and was very good and did a first class job.”

Very pleased with the product. Well engineered and assembled fairly easily. Graphics in the instructions were OK but could have been even clearer.”

“Our lean to greenhouse looks great, delivery was on time. The only cause for concern was two of the pieces of shaped glass were the wrong size, these were sent again by courier but unfortunately the new glass would not fit. Again these were sent out again and we had to force these in to the frame. Otherwise I am extremely pleased with my new greenhouse.”
