“Bought a 6x10ft rion greenhouse. Excellent purchase delighted it. Built it myself in two days and i am a pensioner.Make sure you level and square the base and it all just slots together.”

“I purchased a Vitavia 2500. Product came from manufacturers and there was a considerable delay. Too long. I also was told I would get a hinged door but greenhouse came with sliding door. Not an issue, so to be fair I have not contacted the firm. Apart from that quality of greenhouse is good, but the instructions are poor with a few mistakes. I've put a few greenhouses up in my time. Why dosent anyone get who ever writes the instructions try them out by building one? Anyway enough said I've got to go and water my greenhouse etc.”

“The firm were helpful, and sent and did anything they promised to time. There was a mix up over the base of the green house. I thought it was included in the one I ordered, but when it arrived without one the driver of the delivery vehicle quickly sorted out when and how I could get one sent on. This duly arrived on schedule, and when the green house had been assembled, I was very pleased with the finished product. I would not hesitate to recommend your company.”

“I was given lots of advice to help me to choose the best model for my requirements and location. However, despite describing the installation as being on concrete - and this LEAN-TO GREENHOUSE - I was still talked into buying a base "to stabilise the structure" - if its fixed to the wall and on concrete, its stable enough - waste of £50. If I hadn't unpacked the entire consignment, you would have had it back and a refund requested. Hard sell !”

“excellent service, no problem adding the extras to the order by phone after ordering on online. The greenhouse arrived so quick and was well packaged, the instructions took a bit of fathoming out, not for the faint hearted it has to be said, we did however find that putting the twin wall panels in was easier NOT doing it according to the instructions, it said to take out struts that were put in and tightened when putting the frame together, we just flexed the panels and they went in very easily, saved a lot of time!!!! Overall, very happy with the greenhouse, it's nice and light yet warm.”

“The size in the website doesn't include the porch part of my greenhouse. So an 8 X 11 foot greenhouse was actually 11.2" x 11.5" - luckily I had the space to fit it in. The fitters used nails to fix the facings to the green house but didn't paint them (despite me paying over £800 to have it painted!) these rusted within a couple of weeks and look very poor. The fitters did however leave me a little bit of the paint - maybe they thought that I should have painted it not them!”

Hi Nick, Thanks for your feedback. We do have a dimensions diagram on the product page that has all the measurements for the greenhouse and porch but that could be easy to miss. To make things clearer I have added a note in the text (in bold) to point out that the porch adds size to the footprint. I'm sorry to hear about the un-painted nails, have you got them sorted now?
