“We were very pleased with the communications and the ease and speed at which the Greenhouse was delivered. My Son found the Instruction manuel clear and easy to follow, except, when the greenhouse was completed and he opened the staging the first instruction was that the staging must be erected before the greenhouse is glazed. Being an engineer he managed to install with difficulty the staging.If it is in the Manuel, it iis not very clear. We are very pleased with it. We raised 800 plants fro seed, and it now has 17 Tomato plants of three varieties. I only have a small garden, but it has added interest. Unfortunately I am unable to drag a photo across.”

“The greenhouse is fine, unfortunately, it took 5/6 months before it was installed due to lack of workmen available and able to build it. I would recommend the greenhouse but hold them to a build time or ask for a refund / discount for any delay.”

“Ariived on time and once you got the hang of how many bolts need sliding onto a unit it was great. however, it maybe i misread the instructions the door has dropped. not a problem more a nuisance”

“Hi, Greenhouse all arrived on time helpfull driver etc i did wonder how we were going to get the crate containing all the glass of the flatbed truck with no lift etc , in the end we had to very very gently slide it down two scaffold planks i had, there is no way the driver could have done this on his own due to the dead weight of the glass pack, thankfully all remained unbrocken with a few spares included. Greenhouse now up on a good solid base and slabs so should not move.”

“Now it’s up we’re pleased with it, but it was extremely complicated to erect. The instructions were in pictures only and hard to follow. Confusing too because given too many pieces. Doesn’t have a handle or door stop, so door can be difficult to open from inside.”

“Delivered in the time expected . We took a long time to get the base done as the weather was so awful . The instructions were however very good . Building the greenhouse was straightforward with the instructions . It did take a bit longer than we anticipated and it was hard drilling holes in the concrete slabs to fix it down . The most complicated bit was the guttering which we solved by fitting 2 down pipes , one on each side . It’s a lovely big greenhouse . The staging down one side is fantastic to work on . Very pleased with it .”

“The greenhouse was fine and was erected easily. When I eventually got it. I waited in all day for the delivery but it was delivered to another house 200 yards away on a different street with a different postcode and left in their garage without even knocking on their door. I only got it because the house owner saw my name and address on a label. I (75 years old) had to carry 3 heavy parcels through the streets to get them to where they should have been delivered in the first place.”

“Greenhouse delivered too early so that I had to arrange a base to be constructed in haste Delivery man was belligerent and would not put in garden position and would only prop glass against a wall. Fitters excellent Not an overall good experience”
