“I bought Vitavia greenhouse 8ft x 6ft from Greenhouse Stores and I am satisfied with the product. In respect to construction, I would recommend those who are good at DIY or those who have a mechanical engineering bacground to complete the task. It is important get the greenhouse base as accurate as possible in accordance with the Vitavia instructions. When inserting the rubber seal around the frame, which the glass sits on, the seal is easier to apply after soaking in warm water.”

“At first I was concerned about ordering a greenhouse online, but from ordering to delivering and errecting everything went according to plan. The ordering system was simple, the parts of the greenhouse were delivered on time and checked in. We left the parts the garage until the chaps arrived to put it up, it only took them two hours and they were very pleasant throughout. Communication was excellent and I would throughly recommend Greenhouse Stores.”

“The greenhouse itself is okay, the delivery was patchy - no call on the day as promised and the driver was late and arrived after the delivery window. This is quite unhelpful when you take time off work to be at home. Note that there was no way to contact Greenhouse Stores directly - when I called to check on delivery I was merely asked to leave a message. So in case something goes wrong - do not expect any immediate support. Ordered a greenhouse with toughened glass and two automated kits for the Louvre window and roof window. Neither of the kits fit the greenhouse with toughened glass (if you install it as per the instructions the sharp screws touch the glass and it will shatter), so they are still just sitting in a box and are effectively a waste of money. Not impressed and would not order again. I’m not sure if the problem is the manufacturer or the website description where to the best of what I can find they were sold as fitting the purchased greenhouse. Between the delivery being patchy, the company providing a phone that just goes to a voice mail and products they don’t fit - I don’t think this was a good purchase.”

“Delivery was great. the delivery driver was cheerful and friendly. Erecting the greenhouse was a nightmare. I bought the greenhouse for my daughter. Id say ive probably erected 6 or 7 greenhouses in my lifetime. Some new, some 2nd hand with no instructions. Firstly the instructions for this greenhouse were awful. Higgledypiggledy. Instructioons not clear Diagrams not clear for the greenhouse and options I bought. So we look online at your instructional videos. The videos were just as bad as the printed instructions. The close up bits we needed to see were shown from a distance so were no help at all. These videos were filmed without a thought for someone who hasnt erected this type of greenhouse before theyve just been fiilmed to tick a box. If we had the timeto make instructional videos ourselves for this greenhouse, in the way they shouldbe, we are sure theyd be popular. It took us days and days to finish and we are still not certain it is correct. Some of the strips to hold the glass in have fell out. The door isnt smooth at all. So there you have it!”

“I ordered a 6x6 lean to greenhouse for my wife as she loves the garden and growing our own fruit and veg. After laying a base we built it together in a day. It was great fun and we both said that the quality of the parts and the easy straight forward instructions were fabulous! It is now full of tomatoes, chillies, cucumbers and basil and feels almost tropical when you step inside. What a great addition to our garden.”
