“Love my greenhouse. The black was exactly what I wanted. Setting the base took longer than expected but we did it! Then spent a day doing the rest of the frame and glass. Delivery was easy and convenient”

“Bought a greenhouse and when we put it together 2 months later one of the glass panels was broken. Due to it being after one month they didn't want to know except to sell me another panel”

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear you discovered a broken glass panel during assembly. Just to clarify, our order‑confirmation email explains that once You have received your delivery, customers have 14 days to check all parts for any damage or missing items. With glass products, this is especially important so we can replace anything promptly and free of charge. In this case, the greenhouse was assembled around two months after delivery, which meant we were outside the period where we can claim for transit damage with the manufacturer. We did offer a replacement panel at cost price so you could complete your build as quickly as possible. We do understand this was frustrating, and we’re always happy to help with any future questions or parts you may need.

“Six polycarbonate panels blew out at the first sign of any wind. I received a one sentence dismissive response from them and then they ghosted me. WORST COMPANY EVER. The person who replied, Ian, is mentioned in many poor reviews.”

Hi Deborah, Thank you for your review. We’d just like to clarify a few details so others have the full picture. Your greenhouse had been installed for a couple of months before the panels came out, and this happened during a period of very severe gale‑force winds. On the website, we do state, that polycarbonate isn’t suitable for exposed or windy locations, and The installers. confirmed that the glazing bar cap was fitted correctly. If you’d like us to take another look and help resolve things, we’re still here.

“Our lean to greenhouse with toughened glass is fine, but putting it up was a complete nightmare. The instructions are simply the worst I have ever seen. The individual pieces are not labelled. There are long paragraphs instead of ikea-like diagrams. There is no YouTube for the lean- to version. There were not enough bolts. To install the automatic vent opener, you need to drill extra holes into the aluminium frame. We have done a lot of DIY, followed countless instructions manuals. This one was utterly appalling. Which is a shame, since the greenhouse itself is okay. Unless ( and even if) you get a professional installer, you're in for a frustrating time.”

“Helpful staff. I recently had to adjust an order that had been placed because of a change of location. It was a little difficult to make contact by phone but I eventually did this by trying the sales number and got through straight away. I was sent a link email and could then alter the order. “We were very pleased with the communications and the ease and speed at which the Greenhouse was delivered. My Son found the Instruction manuel clear and easy to follow, except, when the greenhouse was completed and he opened the staging the first instruction was that the staging must be erected before the greenhouse is glazed. Being an engineer he managed to install with difficulty the staging.If it is in the Manuel, it iis not very clear. We are very pleased with it. We raised 800 plants fro seed, and it now has 17 Tomato plants of three varieties. I only have a small garden, but it has added interest. Unfortunately I am unable to drag a photo across.”
