“Well done to the full team from Greenhouse Stores, from ordering,delivery to installation, the team’s were polite and professional at all levels, “they eat you out of bacon sandwiches” I will be back for any extras I need. “Spare parts”. Only thing needs looking at is time from delivery to installation if Greenhouse store are installing greenhouse?? But overall very very pleased.”

“Delivery fine, good interaction with driver. Product assembled. Instructions documentation a joke, you should not have to go on line to find basic construction processes because it was either unclear or not with the product. Screws for door head socket strip. Other screws lost heads. Basic idea ok rubbish installation instructions no way good enough. B Holt I Eng. Miet.”

“Delivery arrived late afternoon of the evening I went into hospital for major surgery.....not ideal but hey, thats life right? Not the fault of Greenhouse Stores and not the fault of the NHS just how the cookie crumbles as they say. I ordered my Greenhouse back in March, Ive been waiting for surgery for 18 months and they collided. Wet weather at the beginining of the year prevented the laying of a hard base, drought has prevented the base being laid now! Greenhouse remains in storage unchecked as I type as Im to unwell post op to check it. Have written this "review" before, it will be sometime before the Greenhouse is erected. Greenhouse was a special order - lean2 style, painted to my colour request and size. Just the way it goes Im afraid. I'll get back to you with details in due course. Oh, havent checked everything is "there", delivery was literally dropped off and I had to go to the hospital.”

“We have an Elite green House, purchased through Green House Stoires. As you can see from the picture, its up and "Running" We can't recomend enough, for both companies for there help in finishing this purchase, it all went smoothly and on time. We recomend highly, both Elite for the manufacture and Greenhouse for all their help in the assembly. J & G”

“The greenhouse - a Vitavia Venus 2500 - was delivered within the promised timescale. All parts were present and correct and the delivery was fine, if a little late. The greenhouse itself is brilliant and very much recommended. The build was straightforward and I thought the construction ilustrations were pretty easy to follow, with only a couple of hiccups along the way. The window and door were most difficult to construct, and there were two errors in the instructions for the window, which were easy to correct once realised. All in all I am very pleased with the greenhouse and my interactions with Greenhouse Stores.”

“Delivery was good, trying to build it up was terrible,there should be instructions for each individual model ,the instructions failed to mention which was the front or back of any panel,we got more information from watching a Russian gentleman on YouTube. When we got stuck and asked for help at ,3.50pm on a Friday nobody got back till we received an e mail on the following Monday. By this time Sergi the russian,freeze framing his build and enlarging certain frames we had found the solution ourselves.”

Just to clarify, the instructions do show whether each panel is for the inside or outside — there’s a double line around the page that indicates orientation. Vitavia also has a helpful YouTube channel with model‑specific videos, which can make things a bit easier. Regarding the delay in support, Vitavia’s customer service closes at 2:00 PM on Fridays, so that’s why no one was able to reply until Monday. “Good but the addition of some pictures to go with the assembly instructions supplied by Vitavia would really assit in bringing the "ikea like" instructions to life. Obviously Vitavia should do it but given the absence it would be good to go the extra mile.”
