“The greenhouse is great. It was erected well. Just as important was the service from all the team at Greenhouse Stores. The driver who delivered the greenhouse gave exemplary service I did in fact provide a quick thank you to the team after delivery. Once again thank you Mrs Moncur”

“Greenhouse Stores do not seem to accept any responsibility for any problems with the products they sell and just refer you to the manufacturer. I tried to get Elite to take the greenhouse back and issue a refund as I did not consider it satisfactory quality. Elite said that I would have to arrange to deliver it back to them myself "in a condition ready for resale". As the glass panels are all delivered loose (no packaging at all) there was no way any courier was going to accept a loose pile of glass panes for transit so it was impossible for me to return it. The assembly instructions are so bad that although I used a professional installer whose name was given to me by Greenhouse Stores he appeared unable to assemble the greenhouse (took 4 days to assemble including one day when he just looked at the instructions for two hours then left!). Greenhouse Stores take no responsibility for the competence of the installers whose names they give out. Even when I eventually got the greenhouse assembled the joints do not fit together properly, leaving gaps at the apex and at the corners where the roof meets the walls. Also, the nuts / bolts were of very poor quality and some bolts sheared in half when I tried to tighten them while assembling the staging (I am a 5 foot lady pensioner and was using a tiny 4 inch long hand spanner, so incapable of overtightening anything!) . If you want a company that take responsibility for the quality of the products they sell, try someone else.”

“Well constructed and using the enclosed plan and you tube video took 2 of us about 6 hours in all Then 2-3hours glazing. Would take half the time for the next Greenhouse been brilliant this Spring Excellent product”

“everything was fine except the instruction for the door which were rather unclear. we went to the nearest agent ( we wanted to get extras, but the didnot stock anything!) and photo'd the door on the greenhouse there so were able to finish off. rgds”

“Excellent good value greenhouse deilvered quickly. Instructions deficient on erection using metal base and fitting of autovent which rely on autovent munufacturers which do not cover use on this greenhouse, and clarity of wording of parts and how to use them. Very happy with greenhouse in use.”

“When my greenhouse was destroyed in a storm, this company truly showed their worth. They provided a brilliant replacement with extra-toughened glass and free special seals. Now, it's a cozy haven for my plants, flowers, and veggies The gentlemen who deliver the greenhouses are full of knowledge and information. “The guys built the greenhouse without fuss, and it looks fantastic! Smells just like a sauna! The automatic roof louvre system is perfect for hot days, as it can get quite hot.”

“not easy to erect, allow a very long time. Bought May 2024 and erected in a sheltered spot as directed, but it was very severely damaged in the gale in January 2025. I appreciate these conditions are rare, but they are becoming more frequent and this greenhouse is not built to withstand a gale. Left many messages to Greenhouse Stores (they never pick up the phone) for replacement parts but they never reply. I would not buy from them again”
