“Delivery was within timescales and acceptable. Greenhouse ordered was cheap and functional. Took a weekend for one person to put up.”

“My 8x6 greenhouse arrived right on time after several clear texts from the delivery driver. It was well packaged and contained comprehensive, clear instructions on how to put it up.. I was able to build and glaze the greenhouse in approximately 12 hours. It looks really smart and is very solid.”

“Greenhouse arrived promptly and delivery man was fantastic. Putting the greenhouse together was not easy. Instructions were not very clear. Thank goodness for the internet. After 3 days finally got greenhouse erected. The end finish was great but think the whole experience could have been made much easier with clearer instructions..”

“Greenhouse is good value for money. If I have a complaint it would be the instructions aren't clear enough, lot of time wasted re-reading, a bit of trial and error. One other thing, the seals are a real pain, either make them more substantial or pre-fit them.”

“Had found it difficult to find this size until I found Greenhouse Stores - looks good now its in position in dark green. Would probably have preferred one door, not two meeting in centre. Locking has been rather stiff to deal with. Delivery good right to the garage. Disappointed that water butt was not included with delivery - later advised as out of stock - eventually arrived. Instruction Book location unclear but did turn up in packages - would suggest this should be clearer. OVERALL a success and quality of greenhouse very good. One louvre glass broken, replaced immediately by post.”

“Very pleased with final product but not an easy job to construct. Instruction booklet could be a lot clearer in terms of print quality of diagrams. What is an inside view and what was an outside view was not clear. It would have been useful if the case containing the glazing had a label telling you which side to open it from otherwise you have to unpack many panes of glass to find the correct piece for fitting. Help desk ladies extremely knowledgeable and helpful, much needed on a couple of occasions!!”

“I am very pleased with the hexagonal greenhouse I purchased and with the construction. However it was a great shock to be told the £470 I paid for it to be put up did not also include installing the three shelves. I do very strongly feel it should be explained to customers - that only the greenhouse will be put up and they will be left to find someone else to assemble the shelves.”

“Overall good. The order was acknowledged promptly with an approximate delivery date, but I had to chase the company for a precise date and it was later than expected. I realise that delivering all over the country makes it necessary to group deliveries together, but expectations could be better managed with more customer contact.”
