Very pleased with final product but not an easy job to construct. Instruction booklet could be a lot clearer in terms of print quality of diagrams. What is an inside view and what was an outside view was not clear. It would have been useful if the case containing the glazing had a label telling you which side to open it from otherwise you have to unpack many panes of glass to find the correct piece for fitting.
Help desk ladies extremely knowledgeable and helpful, much needed on a couple of occasions!!
