“Can not stress enough this company's , customer service . My order arrived and was left where I asked. 3 weeks later when we started to put the greenhouse up, we discovered that a pack of glass was smashed. I emailed them over the weekend and a lovely lady rang me to offer replacements. Can't ask for more really . Great price and great customer service . Thank you”

“The components are great, but some of the design REALLY needs a rethink. The roof fixing could be made so much easier to assemble. The fixings for the staging does not permit adjacent work stations at same height. The base plinth is C section so inevitably will fill up with detritus, a perfect place for pests and diseases to prosper.”

“Super product, assembly instructions are not adequate maybe photographs would help. Glass retention springs sometimes trickey to insert, an assembly tool would be very useful. But overall very satisfied now complete.”

Improvement needs to be made on the building instructions which were not clear enough for an amateur to build. Perhaps you could colour code the instructions to make them more clear.”

“The workmen who assembled were excellent and toiled all day in freezing, wet conditions with no hassle or complaint. I am happy with the product. Only downside was I felt the terms and conditions were a little onerous and I had to sign before construction but after I had paid. It wasn't possible to check all the components I'd glass on delivery and it appeared that I would be responsible should return visits have to be made.”

Hi, You sign to confirm that you have received your delivery. Your delivery note states that you have 14 days to check the packages and any damaged or missing parts will be replaced asap. The installer is Halls own factory fitter so they are responsible for any return visits that are needed if parts are missing or damaged.

“Good product the only thing I would say the ends of the water tracks at ether end there were no plastic end pieces to have rain water to pipe in to water buts.”

Hi, Rainwater downpipes are available under the options in the greenhouse at time of order or in the Accessories section of our website if ordering after/separately from a greenhouse.

“I was very pleased with the help I received in the purchase of the greenhouse, particularly the advice I received about the model of the greenhouse. Delivery was fine and at the time indicated. I took the option of having it erected which was organised by you and once more the person arrived from Sutton Coldfield on the appointed day and on time and the erection was completed by late afternoon. The only slightly negative comment I have is that I returned from an appointment to find that the two Louvre windows had been inserted at the base of sides of the greenhouse and when I raised this was told that it was the ideal place for them even when I explained that I was having two full length plunge beds in the greenhouse for alpine plants. Having put the plunge beds in the greenhouse I have found it is not possible to open the louvre windows and of course they are little use for air circulation, a very necessary feature required when growing alpines. I will now have to try to change the position of the louvres and so that they are at the top of the sides of the greenhouse and would like advice about any problems I might encounter in moving them to that position. This is my sole complaint as I would have expected to be asked where the louvres were required. Other than that the workmanship in the erction was first class. Thank you”

“It took as bit longer for delivery and installation than I expected, but all done well except it is not quite level so the rain water does not run straight into the downpipe and then to the butt, it collects in the gutter and overflows at the front rather than all running to the back.”

“My greenhouse arrived quite quickly after I placed my order. We started putting the component parts together a couple of days later, the diagram instructions were quite difficult to follow and we had part of the tempered glass broken on delivery which was quickly replaced and installed. Overall a good product, now looking to use this coming year.”

“I bought the Halls Greenhouse 86. Although I've only had it erected for month it looks to be sturdy and very well designed. My only gripe would be with the instructions, some of the pictures are not clear and led to some head scratching before we finally worked out how something went together. Indeed I had to phone Greenhouse stores three time during the build to confirm how it worked - they were helpful each time. I would recommend looking on the Internet for helpful videos on how to build the green house, and encourage the company to put further videos of each stage on its website.”
