Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

I am so disappointed as I still haven't received the Ted Baker earrings I purchased for my friend's birthday and this is after sending a chasing email to which Grace & Co have not replied. My friend's birthday has now passed and as I had spent money on the earrings I had to explain why there was no present. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I followed the steps here but still waiting for a response - • If there are any issues regarding to the order process, let us know via our contact form here. Please can someone respond to me as so far all you have done is take my money!

Hi Wendy, We're so sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived yet. We can confirm that your order was dispatched on Thursday 1st September via Royal Mail First Class delivery to your given delivery address. A confirmation email was also sent to your given email address confirming the dispatch along with the postage reference, sometimes these can go into the spam and junk folders so it's worth double checking them. The estimated delivery date for your order was showing as 6th September, however, unfortunately, the Royal Mail strikes are causing slight delays across all postage methods. Details of this are shown on our website at the checkout stage of ordering. We have searched our contact form and email inboxes but do not seem to have received any contact from you, could you please confirm how you contacted us so we can investigate this further? Hi Amber, We're so sorry to hear that your original charm didn't arrive. As per our email response and voicemail, we have logged an investigation with Royal Mail and they have confirmed that the item is classed as lost. We have therefore posted a replacement charm out to you via your original postage method. Hi Suzanne, Thank you for your review, we're so sorry to hear that your item did not arrive on the estimated delivery date. As per our email discussion, your estimated delivery date was shown as Monday 18th April (Easter Monday). Due to this falling on a Bank Holiday, unfortunately, Royal Mail would not be able to deliver. I was advised delivery would be 31st January for my daughters birthday today (1st February) and it is has not arrived and I have no communication as to where it is.

Very disappointed with the gold earrings I bought for my daughter's 50th birthday. Upon receipt of them, they were clearly intended for a child, but this wasn't mentioned in the item description! I have repeatedly attempted to contact the company by way of email, but have had no response. I therefore am unable to complete the rest of this questionnaire, as I haven't had any contact with the company!

I have still not received my jewellery and cannot find anyway to get in touch. So disappointed as this was a Birthday present for my friend in Spain and now it’s going to be too late!! Won’t order anything again.

The item never arrived and the company would not re-send the item or offer a refund. I had to turn to PayPal to resolve and finally get my money back. Complete lack of ownership from Grace & Co.

We have looked into this and can see that you contacted us the day after the estimated delivery date to let us know that it hadn't arrived yet and ask for an update. Following this we contacted Royal Mail who explained they were experiencing delays in several areas, meaning deliveries were taking a little longer than expected, which we relayed back to you. As we did not hear anything further from you, we were unaware that your parcel still hadn't arrived. We're very sorry about this and, should we have known, we would have been more than happy to issue you a full refund or send a replacement item, as per our delivery & returns policy. Was very dissapointed with my trip to the store, staff need to be wary they have other customers in store and acknowlage them, was going to buy few items that day but walked out after 15 mins in store, not sure if i will go back shame really as i get lot of my presents there.

Bought jewellery for my mums birthday Still haven’t recieved my order after 7 days of it being placed. Tracking number does not work and can’t get through to speak to anyone…appalling service and now her birthday has been and gone !!

Vivienne Westwood earnings are fake, baring in mind the website states they’re genuine! Paid £50 for fake earrings when they’re only £55 in flannels! Do not shop here

Had a problem with the item as I thought was not bagged up very well that it had come out of what it was put and worked it way into the padded envelope so it was only by chase as I was about to throw it away I find it as I shaken the envolope with nothing loose left in there so by chance I felt it hard on the corner so ripped it open and found it this was day after the delivery and me messaging you saying I was missing an item with no response so I thought well if you cannot be bothered to answer I would do the same and nnot let you know I found it days after so that is why I give u a poor review as I don't think you should put small item loose in parcels
