Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

“I did not receive my order. Marked as delivered by Royal Mail but definitely never arrived!! Complained twice but no resolution. £75 spent and nothing received. Very disappointed to say the least!!!”

“I'm so very disappointed,I ordered 2 charms in the sale at £24 each,my eyesight isn't very good and I ordered the wrong ones,I returned them immediately and asked for a refund,but was only allowed £24 for the two,I've always highly recommended Grace&Co,to family and friends,I've bought quite a few items from you and never had any complaints,to just give me only £12 each is disgusting,I'm a disabled pensioner and can't afford to lose £24 ,I've been treated very badly,and would like my 2 charms back and I'll refund you the £24 you gave me,one very upset customer”

“Still haven't received my order which was placed on 26th July. Sent an online form got no reply. Emailed and this was responded to quickly, was told to wait until the end of the following day for delivery. Still no items. Had to send another email to follow up. We have no issues with deliveries in our area and the local depot doesn't have the parcel. This contains a present which will now be late. Disappointed. Hope it turns up Monday!”

“I bought a present for my daughter-in-law on April 19°, the same day Grace & Co asked me for some additional information about my credit card, I answered immediately and I received two emails one of them telling me that the payment had been successful and another one with a postage confirmation number (DS285668805GB). Take into account that I had paid an extra fee for the present to be delivered in a fast way. As the present didn't arrive I sent a new email on April 25° and Grace &Co asked me for the same information about my credit card that I had already sent on April 19°, as I got upset Grace & Co apologized telling me that my email was received as a spam, which is impossible because I answered on the same mail that they sent to me. So, the present did not arrive on time although I paid an extra fee. I am really quite upset that Grace & Co treated me so badly as a new customer, I will never buy again On-Line products from your company”
