Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

Hello. Thank you for finding us. I prevent unnecessary waste, GUESS provide a small leaflet that should have been present in your package. On that leaflet, there are instructions to where to go to have your watch registered for a guarantee, and also for instructions on how to use your watch. I hope this helps.

“I came into store to collect a charm bracelet. Young lady on the counter was too busy sorting out a bracelet arrangement to give me her full attention or both looking me in the eye. Waited until she had finished this arrangement to collect my order before she thrust the bag at me and still did not bother to look me in the eye. If that's how your staff treat customers, I won't bother coming back.”
