Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

Their knowledge and expertise in the jewellery industry have resulted in a team of staff that provide excellent customer service and a fabulous shopping experience, whether it be in-store or online.

“I am so disappointed as I still haven't received the Ted Baker earrings I purchased for my friend's birthday and this is after sending a chasing email to which Grace & Co have not replied. My friend's birthday has now passed and as I had spent money on the earrings I had to explain why there was no present. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I followed the steps here but still waiting for a response - • If there are any issues regarding to the order process, let us know via our contact form here. Please can someone respond to me as so far all you have done is take my money!”

Hi Wendy, We're so sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived yet. We can confirm that your order was dispatched on Thursday 1st September via Royal Mail First Class delivery to your given delivery address. A confirmation email was also sent to your given email address confirming the dispatch along with the postage reference, sometimes these can go into the spam and junk folders so it's worth double checking them. The estimated delivery date for your order was showing as 6th September, however, unfortunately, the Royal Mail strikes are causing slight delays across all postage methods. Details of this are shown on our website at the checkout stage of ordering. “The charms are beautiful. However, for the price I paid I was expecting to receive it gift wrapped as you would in a shop. These were brought as a gift and I’m very reluctant to hand them a tiny charm in a tiny bit of cardboard!”

Our prices are set by Nomination themselves to ensure consistency across all their retailers. All products are also sent out in official Nomination packaging and in accordance with their guidelines.
