Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

Their knowledge and expertise in the jewellery industry have resulted in a team of staff that provide excellent customer service and a fabulous shopping experience, whether it be in-store or online.

“Item has still not been received after 10 days despite express delivery. Tried to follow up and no answer”

Hi Amber, We're so sorry to hear that your original charm didn't arrive. As per our email response and voicemail, we have logged an investigation with Royal Mail and they have confirmed that the item is classed as lost. We have therefore posted a replacement charm out to you via your original postage method.
