I cannot figure out how to put my watch charm on my bracelet. The directions are not clear. I contacted customer service and never got a response.

Hi i'm very disappointed as the package came with the wrong item earings instead of the necklace I ordered so I'm going to have a very disappointed daughter at Christmas. I'm in Scotland from Saturday so I doubt I'll be able to change the item now. How do I go about changing this and. An it be delivered to An address in Scotland ?

I am absolutely disgusted with the service provided by this company. I was meant to get tracking with my parcel but did not and I sent three emails requesting tracking and did not get one reply to any of them. My watch arrived today and is not working so it means I now have to go out an pay extra for a battery or else I have been sent a watch that does not work at all. I caution anyone out there not to deal with this company and I will certainly be spreading the word about how disappointed I am. Dreadful!!!!!!!

Not happy I received my purchase which was a chain and it was tangled in a knot .this was no a cheap item.

The fine delicate chain which you purchased from us does have small links rather than a smooth blend of connections. We can only believe this has occurred during transit from us to you. What went wrong is a ordered and payed for 4 bags , I have only received 3 . I have emailed this company on twice and called and left a message with all my contacts details and still no reply or contacted , first orders highly disappointed with your company

I received a watch that I had ordered on September 21, but there has been a problem in the clasp. So I claimed by e-mail about it, but no answer. Then I reterned it by Singnd For on?September?28. But sill no answer. Please contact me what happen the watch. The money has already been withdrawn from my bank account.

I went into the Corby store today to purchase a 21st birthday gift for a friend... Was approached by a very bubbly and polite woman who asked me if I needed any help and said that if I needed to take a closer look at any of the pieces then just to let her know and she would assist me. I looked around for probably 10 minutes as I was finding it difficult to think of a present that would be suitable.. having been there a while I decided I would settle for two rings- not designed for stacking on the same finger but I thought it would look nice. The woman assisted me again, helping me to find something suitable which I thought was brilliant. Having decided on the two rings I wanted to purchase, I was taken over to the till to pay... A snotty, rude woman who I can only assume was the manageress snarled at the shop attendant about checking the rings on a sizer and having the correct codes to put them through the till... the way she spoke to who I thought was an extremely helpful lady was totally out-of-order and very clearly upset her. The attendant then went away to help another customer (no problem with me). I was then left with the potential manageress and a different shop attendant (also seemed very polite).. she then started being rude to the other attendant.. all in front of me, a paying customer! I couldn't believe the way she was speaking to the two attendants and I must say it totally soured my experience although she was not rude to me in any way, it really is unpleasant to see people working in what is clearly an unpleasant environment with a total b***h of a manager!! I will never return to the store based on what I saw today as I do not wish to fund such a vial womans' wages. I sincerely hope something is done about this and a more pleasant environment is created for the other employees as she really was just plain horrible!

The reason I have put very poor is not actually due to the service that I received on line as this was as it should be but I ended up ordering on line for only x 1 item after visiting the Ashby shop and receiving possibly the worst customer service I have ever received in any shop. I was ignored for 20 minutes before I walked out. On the day there was only x 2 people serving and although I totally understand that they were already busy with customers neither of them even made eye contact with me even though I stood right by the Nomination counter, neither did they say 'Hello' or 'I wont be long' or anything that might of given me some kind of indication that my custom was important. I have visited this shop many times before spending a great deal of money and as this was a shopping trip prior to Christmas I had quite a few gifts to buy on this day that I never ended up getting from Grace and Co in the end as I ended up buying the 6 gifts required from John Greed. More staff and more friendly staff would not go a miss in this particular shop. The reason why my comment is so late is due to the fact that every time I tried to open up this email it kept saying the system had an error. Make of that what you will.

I made 2 orders from their online site yesterday. Both times they have disappointed me. The first order they called me amd cancelled as they were out of stock. I made another smaller order and I paid extra for guaranteed next day delivery. I have just discovered that they didn't even bother to dispatch it until the next day, when it should have arrived. I called them to complain and they didn't even offer to refund the unfair postage costs. I'm very unhappy.

I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment, but let me assure you that we have done all that we could to ensure that the service that was provided for you was of a pleasant nature. After your first order, you were contacted immediately to be notified of the error that occured with regards to the out of stock item and that we were going to remove that from your order, but it was yourself that decided to cancel it in its entirity. With regards to your second order, it does say on every product page under the Deliveries tab that orders received before 3pm are dispatched the same day. Deliveries after that time will be dispatched the following day. I have prevented the parcel from being sent and have gone through the refund process to ensure that your monies have been returned. I apologise for the disappointing experience that you have received with us on this occasion.
