“Would have been Very Good except the free bracelet didn't arrive with the order. Had to chase it up a couple of times until eventually arriving. Looks like the admin that surrounds an order requires tightening up. In all other respects, the buying experience was fine.”

“The service was personal, which is so rare nowadays. After a few concerns of my own of getting a present in time the delivery time exceeded expectation . My bag arrived beautifully presented which was perfect for giving as a present. I will definitely recommend Grace & Co to friends and family, and I will be purchasing from you again!”
