Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

“My order still hasn’t arrived even after making complaints to both Royal Mail and Grace and co. When calling up the company my concerns were dismissed and was told that my package had to be here somewhere when the package was never delivered in the first place. Still waiting on said package or a refund from the company.”

“I was really pleased with the delivery of the bracelet. Unfortunately it was not to my liking so I decided to return it. I went to the Ashby store to be told they did not receive returns - I needed to return it in the post. One of the staff eventually agreed to take my package and put it in the returns upstairs - took it off me as thought it was too much trouble for her! I felt intimidated by the 3 members of staff standing around the till - they were not friendly at all - no smiles! I certainly will not be visiting the Ashby store again with unprofessional staff like that.”
