“I originally visited the shop for a Thomas Saba bracelet for a gift. I was informed that they weren't on the shop for anymore and I would have to look on the website and order from there. That's what I did, but I also rang the shop to ask if they could also bring a selection of charms to the shop when I collected the bracelets. I arrived to pick up my bracelets, as I also purchased another for myself but there were no charms there. I was surprised that the stock was only upstairs and wondered why I was sent away earlier to order on website when the lady could have easily walked up stairs to bring then down. A lot of wasted travelling home time, waiting time and inconvenience.”

“Happy with the product, however opted for 1-2 days tracked delivery at £4. Placed the order on the Monday before 10am and missed the delivery on the Thursday so had to collect on the Friday”

“I was looking for a watch for my mum's birthday, and thought I found one. The advertisements made it look way better than what it actually was. The face was minuscule and the strap already had little wrinkles in it - basically looked like something you'd get from the local market. We got it for £67 as it was on sale from a price it should be nowhere near - £80, and the price wasn't in any way shape or form justifiable. Wasn't happy with it, I returned it and want my money back. This is definitely a place I will never be looking at online ever again!”

“I was so impressed from start to finish. I found you by chance as I was trying to find a green clutch and found the beautiful Katie Loxton pieces on your website. I was so pleased to receive my package extremely quickly (the next day I believe). It was beautiful packaged and there was even a handwritten 'thank you x' on the order page, which was a lovely little touch which made me feel valued as a customer.
