“After seeing an advert I contacted Goodwin Barrett about a mis-sold ISA which I had taken out 20 years ago. Everybody I spoke with was very friendly and professional. My claim was successfully completed within a month and I am really pleased I contacted them.”

“We were unsure and wondered if we had done the right thing as we had no paper work and the investment had been taken out years ago. We needn't have worried ! Goodwin Barrett could not have been kinder. They looked after us from the word go and kept us informed at every stage. We were so pleased to get our cheque through. Money we never realised we could claim!!”

“I found Goodwin Barrett extremely helpful, very professional . I had been mis sold a Isa with Lloyds Bank I saw their advert on Social Media . Customer service Jenna in particular was very helpful she explained everything. I was kept informed all the way and my claim was upheld and dealt with within 4 weeks. I was very pleased with the outcome and I would definitely recommend this company.”

“I saw the advert on facebook , which said have you ever been mis-sold an investment which i had some years before. I contacted them, within a couple of days a lady phoned me back, i gave her my details, she was very helpful, and said it usually takes a few weeks, we will keep you posted along the way, which they did. 8 weeks later i recieved a nice cheque, i would recommend anyone who has been mis - sold an investment plan to contact them , it is a very easy process, they were very professional and helpful from start to finish.”

“My wife heard about Goodwin and Barrett on the radio and asked me to contact them I was very sceptical that this would be a waste of time.But to my surprise they came up trumps.All I can say is the staff at Goodwin and Barrett are very professional and thorough in the job of taking you through all the stages of recovering your money.I would recommend this company to any body that’s had a miss sold investment.”
