“I was very sceptical about my chances of success on claiming any monetry returns, I took the step to call Goodwin Barrett who from the off speaking to the their staff member on wanting to access their help on making a claim, the staff member was so helpful on the information and the actions to be taken by myself and themselves on this matter, I felt 100% more comfartable on the journey they were going to take me. From start to finish I was kept informed on what was tranceacting and when I was informed of the outcome of their extensive enquiries that they had been able to retrieve a very good offer of refunding, myself and wife were over the moon. I would advise anyone who may feel as I did in the beginning please have trust in the company, the were top class, excellence is a good word to pay tribute to their resolve. don't hesitate act and I am sure you agree with me at the end result. “Contacted Goodwin Barrett about an investment which was taken out over 25 years ago. Didn't think there was any chance of getting a refund but I receive a settlement of over £4,486 . I had no paperwork but the matter was settled and money in my account within a very short time just at the right time as I was not working due to the coronavirus Well done Goodwin Barrett, great service would highly recommend this company. Kept me informed throughout and were very helpful.”

“Like most other people I heard about Goodwin Barrett from the radio. Having tried a few times before to get a claim and failed I was very sceptical, when you have failed a couple of times it knocks your confidence. They were so nice to talk to I changed my mind very quickly. I can't thank them enough for how they have worked with me every step of the way. I would certainly recommend them to someone. “We are very happy with our recent experience with GoodwinBarrett. All through our process we were kept updated regularly with texts and emails. Staff were always available to help with any queries and nothing was too much trouble. The representative from the company that called at our home to get paperwork complete was very professional and efficient with their time and communication. “Like a lot of other people I heard a Goodwin Barrett advert on the radio.I had invested some money a few years ago,it never increased in value, it decreased, the advice I had been given was not right for me. Because this was quite a few years ago I had written it off as a bad experiance. I am glad to say Goodwin Barrett thought it was bad advice and managed to get me a claim. A very easy and successful outcome. Very nice people.”

“We had no paperwork at all for miss sold investments and never really thought we would ever get anything back but after a phone call to Goodwin and Barrett they were able to get £15,000 back for us. It took a while but they kept us fully informed and we had nothing at all to do. Brilliant because this was money we never expected to get. MANY THANKS.”

“We were miss-sold two ISA’s, sometime ago, which lost a lot of money. We had no paper work or information on dates but contacted Goodwin Barrett anyway. They were able to find the necessary information and contact the bank concerned on our behalf and after nearly a year of delays by the bank Goodwin Barrett obtained us a compensation payment of over £8,000. Goodwin Barrett kept us informed on a regular basis during all this time with letters, emails and phone calls. They are efficient and provide great customer service. Thank you.”

“I never thought I would be able to obtain compensation for totally inappropriate investment advice given to my mother nearly 20 years ago and 14 years after her death. I had no paper work but Goodwin Barrett were confident that I had a good case. Thanks to their hard work and expertise I have just received over £12,500 from RBS. Thank you again and it goes to show you should never give up.”
