“Goodwin Barrett did exactly as they said they would,they made a claim on my behalf, and handled all the paperwork from start to finish, they kept me up to date at regular intervals, and won compensation for me at a very reasonable fee. If you are thinking of making a claim for mis sold or overcharging of fees against St James Place investments, I have no hesitation in recommending Goodwin Barrett, I am extremely happy with service, the fees they charged and most of all the payout from St James Place!”

“Made a successful claim through Goodwin Barrett. The companies communication was clear and concise . We received numerous texts and emails to advise on the progress of our claim. An offer was made within weeks of instigating our claim. The money less the fee that Goodwin Barrett charge was sent directly into our bank within days of us accepting the offer. A very good company to deal with would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.”

“Advert seen on Facebook, contacted Goodwin and Barrett regarding mis sold FSAVC, they took on my claim, they explained everything and were very professional and polite, kept me in the loop the whole time and were always there if I needed to contact them. “Two years ago Goodwin Barrett investigated a mis sold investment I had taken out with the Halifax Building Society 10+ years ago and I received £4.5k approx. I told the agent I had, years ago, made my own mis selling enquiries with the Coop bank relating to an investment in 1998 and I had been led to believe I did not qualify to claim. Some time later the Goodwin Barrett agent contacted me to explain he had investigated, with no details provided by me, and I have now had another cheque for £4.5k, money I would never have had, had it not been for the agent at Goodwin Barrett. Excellent service from professionals!”
