“Thank you for helping me receive a refund of £7,264.57 from Lloyds Bank for a miss sold ISA. I contacted Goodwin Barrett from hearing their advert on the radio. I was totally surprised when I explained my compliant goes back 20+ years, they listen and said no problem, let’s have a look. I had no paperwork regarding this: just my memories. Goodwin Barrett took care of everything. Totally brilliant service, and from start to finish was only a few months, with a fantastic refund. Highly recommend Goodwin Barrett.”

“Many thanks for your help in recovering the amount of £7,229.97 from a mis-sold investment by Barclays, dating back 19 years, regardless of no paperwork. I was kept informed during the full process and would like to thank you for the professional service in recovering this amount since the amount lost on the investment was only one tenth of the recovered amount. “I cannot express how professional and quick this all happened! I heard the advert and knew I was miss old an investment but didn’t know how to go about it myself and sorting all the paperwork out etc so I contacted Goodwin Barrett and I cannot express how quickly they dealt with absolutely everything is a telephone call and the next thing I knew I had a letter to say we were being paid out with 14 days - I was so overwhelmed and no inconvenience whatsoever and so straightforward. Thank you so much again for such a professional and efficient service - and I’m not normally one for writing reviews but do not miss out and give them a call !!”
