This company have caused my mental health to deteriate. They tell lies on the phone. They are very manuplative. They are dishonest. They took me to court during the pandemic and the cost of living crisis But the judge was able to see there dirty tricks....my advice is stay well clear of these parasites

They keep your claim and pass them to a clam my tax , by giving them your details , you think it from the tax the government , but it’s not ,I should of has a rebate of £110 ,to be sent a message to say send your bank details and will will pay it into your bank in 2 weeks , I asked for a cheque to be sent , 5 weeks ago ,I phoned to be told we don’t do cheque now , what if you don’t have a bank account , keep away from this people if you think it to good to be true , it means it is

I asked about the claim process ,after numerous calls I was really fed up and said I didnt want to claim.Months later I got a small payout then threatening letters about fees.The amount I was paid was less than the company said.To stop the several calls each day I paid and asked them to stop caIIng me.This week I have Started to get a couple of calls a day.At first I asked them to stop calling because I didnt want all the trouble.Still I get calls.I now dont answer any calls.

Experts at getting compensation from Halifax so they say . No time limit to when you had your investment , so they say . If you don’t have your paperwork it’s a hopeless cause . Goodwin Barrett won’t get your paperwork, banks can hold onto your paperwork for 6 years then destroy it . Do you really believe that Goodwin Barrett will be handed evidence to claim against them . Don’t be fooled , try them and you’ll soon find out . The Turkish Delight team will let you down . Full of Eastern Promise, your wasting you time . Get someone who at least have a go .

Put in a claim in May all systems go at the start then left in the dark until I asked what was happening. Eventually told by a girl who was most likely the office junior who had her script at the ready "I'm sorry" over and over but that's the decision not to carry on with your claim. I'm sure we had been miss sold by the Halifax as we are not people to take risks with our hard earned cash and we had lost out. To day I am disappointed is an understatement. Thanks for nothing Goodwin Barratt.

I have just settled my claim through Goodwin Barrett and I am extremely happy with their service. Everything was done as they said and made it very easy for me to follow. Everyone I spoke to on phone was helpful and pleasant . I would certainly recommend them to my friends Laura Strachan

Unpleasant cold-caller. Lied through back teeth regarding source of our number which is only used occasionally and usually then only to receive faxes. Just happened to have fax off when got call claiming we had given them our details!!!! No.

Beware, I contacted these people following a tv advert. They were prompt In making initial contact and after a further conversation was led to believe "We have a very good case here! " It was reviewed by Lloyds , who promptly time barred it! End of story!! Towel thrown in by Goodwin Barret. Goodbye!!
