“Goodwin tracked down a mis-sold investment for me and the outcome was much more than expected. the service was excellent and the people helpful and professional . Only draw back is the 48% fee. But hey I received a claim I would not have without them. Thanks Goodwin”

“Goodwin Barrett's helped me with a claim against a high street bank where I was a customer a long time ago. I left everything completely to them and their investigation and they were successful. I was well informed throughout the process with phone calls and emails. Yes, they charge 40% of what has been awarded but I would have never pursued this claim on my own, so well worth it. I am pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend.”

“I invested about 20 years go . There were no records of the account no, exact amount invested and any other investment details. This company contacted Halifax with this vague information and managed to recover more than £8,000. At every stage they kept us updated with the progress.”

“This company are friendly helpful and offer excellent customer service. Everything is handled over the telephone and everything was clearly explained in plain English and no fancy terms. Even dealing with my bank was handled by Goodwin Barrett who I felt understood my worries and concerns. Very quick service and even when I received the offer of money back Goodwin Barrett were there every step of the way. Would defiantly recommend this company. Fees were higher than I expected for the small amount I recovered but on the whole worth the money.”

“I was telephoned some months ago and, after an exploratory discussion, decided to use the service. I had already complained some years ago to my bank and been fobbed off and so I am extremely pleased with this success. This is a result I would not have achieved on my own and so the fee is well-earned.. The service was professional & efficient and I am very pleased I was contacted.”
