However, it would be very useful to know when items are dispatched and the approximate delivery date so that one can be available at home to receive the items, especially if they are large and cannot fit through the letterbox.”

Many of the natural remedies we supply are especially packaged to allow them to be posted through the mail box, but this is not always possible. We are working with our delivery parthers at Royal Mail to improve the tracking options as you suggest after launching our new shop recently. Watch this space, as they say!
