“Still awaiting goods but have bought them in the past. The only hiccup was that in order to make the order I had to sign in as a new customer. For some reason it would not accept my order as an existing client. Not being clever with technology it was easier to do that than keep on trying to sign in the normal way.”

Many thanks for your review Barbara. Very recently we introduced a new online shop which is based upon a very different platform to the previous one. Whilst this offers a much higher level of security and is neater and tidier than the old one, it does mean that you have to register again as a customer (our apologies for this nuisance but there was no other way of doing it). Hopefully your goods have arived safely in the midst of the Christmas rush. If you have any problems at all withthe new shop please call us on the customer service helpline and we will happily help you with any issues you encounter... it will be our pleasure.

Michael Please accept our most sincere apologies as we have fallen below the high standards that you have come to expect of us. Unfortunately the shortage of stock co-incided with a period of abscence within our customer service team and we did not follow our normal procedures of letting you know there may be a wait and offering a full refund. We have since contacted all those affected in this way and provided an update - please contact our customer services team directly on the details you can find on the 'contact us' tab of the shop for any further information. Once again we can only apologise for this lapse and genuine error.
