“After having received an email saying the product I bought was on its way, I proceeded to try tracking it…….to no avail! I then made a call to customer service as it was to be sent Royal Mail 48hr……after speaking to a person, I was PROMISED he would get back to me after looking into it. If I hadn’t called them back a couple days later, lord knows how long I would have had to wait! After the second phone call the time I was given was half an hour and they would get back to me. Three hours later, I was still waiting, so I rang…….yet again. Excuse, after excuse was given. Having run out of the item…….more coming from Germany……..then why send out emails to say it was on its way!??! Very, very poor customer relations! Very dubious about ever ordering again!”

I have been buying their products for a long time and never hesitate to recommend items to friends, after reading Ray’s excellent letters, if I feel that he is writing about a condition I am aware may be helped, even if I have no knowledge of the product myself. Staff are always so friendly and helpful, if you need to phone. - rarely an endless queue! There is also the bonus of money back returns, if a product fails to work.”

“I have received the Good Life Letter for many years now, and. I find it as enjoyable and informative as it has always been. One thing I would like to know Ray is your true thoughts on the honey. You started with Green Bay, next came J French, and now it is Wedderspoon. My wifes favourite is still Green Bay, nothing can change her, she has tried them all.”

We asked Ray about the honey on the shop and he explained that he is always looking for the rawest, purest and least processed Manuka honey he can find and this has been a process of working with a number of suppliers to get the best for the readers. He is passionate about the purity of the honey as there is so many 'fake' Manukas on the market, and Wedderspoons are the only supplier he has found who measure th pollen content of the honey to ensure it is pure Manuka... We hope this helps.
