“Easy ordering and fast delivery. Can't really comment on the quality of the product as I bought calcium citrate so at present have no bone data to compare it with.”

“Parcel was slow arriving, apparently the bar code etc did not print out properly, it was very faint and so post office could only use the address and this was the cause of the delay.”

“The supplements The Good Life Letter provides seem to be well researched and the ones I have tried are effective after consistent use for some time to allow the body to process them. I particularly refer to Bergamax. One point I wish to make is that I use the "once only" option at the payment section but when the invoice arrives it is confusing to see a "subscription" mentioned which "ends at cancellation" yet the "one time only" price is also shown. I re-order when my supply gets low and I do not wish to be dragged into a subscription I have no control over. Therefore only 4 stars.”

“The customer service provided has always been good in my experience - swift and accurate and including a useful link to the Royal Mail for tracking. On the most recent occasion it wasn’t as straightforward to place an order online as it usually is, although I got there in the end after a few tries. A general email received a few days later advised and apologised for some technical difficulties that had since been corrected.”

“Ray writes an interesting letter every day, full of practical advice, in a broad spectrum manner. I manage to read the majority and have bought some of his products that are relevant to me. Although the prices are premium, so are the products, and if you don't like them you get a hassle free refund.”
