“I find Ray's "Good Life" Letter invaluable. Not only is it lways written with wisdom and humour, but his tips are always practical, relevant and useful. I particularly appreciate the way in which the "hard Sell" which so many advertorials and "tips" consist of, is replaced by common sense and understanding. Ray is one of the small number of Health writers who seems to be genuinely more interested in the reader's health than in simply increasing his product sales,”

Ray started writing it in 2005 because he could not find anywhere that offered straight forward advice about natural remedies and rarely offered any insight into how they worked and why. He will be thrilled that you find his advice of such value as this was precisiely the reason he started the newsletter and why he still loves researching and writing it every week even now.

“I have had a rash of unknown origin for weeks. The GP only gave me some cream to stop the incredible itching. After trying various creams, I saw the Dermabalm article in the Good Life letter, (which is always informative). I ordered some and after a week or so I have noticed a great improvement in the reduction of itching and skin tone. Iy also goes a very long way. Many thanks”

Many thanks Janet Ray has always prided himself on the fact that he sources the best possible quality natural remedies that he can find, as he says "if I was buying these I would want to make sure I was always getting the best!"

We note your comments about the overseas postage costs, however, we found that a lot of product was not getting to its final destination through the international systems and so have had to use a more expensive and insured service to protect our customers and ourselves from loss. If you would like to telephone in to our customer service team to place your order and state that you are happy to accept the risk of the cheaper postage options available we will be more than happy to process the order on that basis.

“PRODUCT REVIEW - DERMABALM - 2 STARS. Disappointing. Pump action bottle doesn't work well and is not easy to use in difficult to reach areas and has to be used upright. Product is thin and (in my experience) not superior to less expensive, easier to use, creams.”

We will gladly offer you a full refund if you send us the pack back so that we can investigate the production batch. Our standard policy is to offer a non quibble refund on all the products we sell if returned within 35 days of purchase even if the pack is open and most of the prouct used. This allows buyers to test the product and see whether they achieve any helath benefits as a result. In your case clearly you haven't enjoyed and benefit and even if you bought the pack over 35 days ago we will homour the returnns policy for you.
