“The price was lower than anywhere else by a significant amount. Delivery was fast and efficient, well packaged. Product amount was unavailable but I received the amount available at that time with a lovely, polite handwritten note in the package apologising and explaining that the remaining amount due would be posted as soon as stock was available, very good customer service. Lovely trustworthy company would definitely order again 😊”

The parcel has arrived in Romania and is currently being held by Romanian Customs. They will not release the parcel until I provide no them with the commercial invoice for the order. “Unfortunately, when I was writing my last Review it was not until I was towards the end that I realised I was writing about these two products, rather than about my earlier order. These products are ‘Nature’s Health,Liver Pure’ and ‘Together Health, Magnesium’. I was notified as this order progressed and it duly arrived. Sadly the order previous to this did not seem to attract the same benefits and I think I was to blame here as I did not seem to complete the payment or despatch details, which goes back to 09 June and was finally cleared on 10 July 2026. Any way, this order has still failed to arrive (clearly Brexit must be a running sore from time to time) and it seems unlikely that I shall have cause to expect a delivery so I shall place the order once again and keep my fingers crossed. So, despite this glitch, I always find Ray’s communications to be clear and informative, the site is easy to work with and I shall be back, so thank you very much and all good wishes.
