Not very pleased with this product, always seem to wake up after less than 5 hours sleep and am unable to go back to sleep. Not sure whether to return and ask for refund or order another bottle and see to see if pills just need to be taken for a bit longer.

60 capsules, recommended dosage 4 per day, so only have enough for 15 days. 3 - 6 weeks to notice any results!!.Perhaps it would be better to mention this on the sales page BEFORE purchase. VERY MISLEADING!! (Intentional?)

I have not received my order yet. It had been dispatched with an incomplete address. I wrote back with the correct address and haven't heard anything. Anything you cam do to expedite would be appreciated.

Sorry that you have been let down by Good Life Plus... however, this is not anything that we offer and Good Life Plus is a completely separate and unconnected company to the Good life Letter. But, please do join us as we offer free newsletters covering a range of natural health topics... and we will always respond to you.

Many thanks for your feedback, we are always trying to improve how we offer the producs and newsletters to readers of the Good Life Letter. Have you tried using the product search box on the right side of the home page or from the menu bar at the top of each page on the site, we also offer a range of options from the drop down shop tab too? We have added these features to improve navigation on the shop, or if you would like information about a particualr health topic there is a further search box further down the right hand side where you can enter any search term and it will connect you to newsletters of relevance.

Naturally we are sorry that you don't enjoy the newsletters, but they are very much in Ray's own style which he has been using for over a decade and gets many positive responses to. As we mentioned in a reply to your previous comment and review there are quick links to a more detailed presentation of products and research material at the top of the newsletter which you might find more to your taste.
Your information often takes boring and irrelevant side steps into your personal life. I am not in the least interested in 'your Lara', your children, your barbecue friends or your mother. This is not a relationship advisory service. Just stick to in-depth natural cures for healing and cut out all the bs of your life!

Thank you for taking the time to review The Good Life Letter. Ray has been writing the newsletter since 2005 and has many readers who enjoy the open and honest approach he has, sharing aspects of his life is part of that... but we understand that it is not everyones cup of tea. If we were all the same then life truly would be a boring place. If you follow the links in the newsletters you will be taken to a much more specific information page, and there is always a link in the top of the letter to save you having to trawl through the detail - this might be a better solution for you.
Many thanks for your honest and forthright review, we appreciate it. Ray has been writing the Good Life Letter since 2005 and has always tried to be clear that he is not a health expert or is trying to direct how people should live their lives, just provide an insight into how he thinks about natural remedies and why he started to look at them. Much of this comes from looking after himself and his family, hence the introductions usually give an insight into why he began to research a particular topic. There will usually be a link in the three highlights at the top of ech newsletter which will take you to a more direct information piece if that is better suited to your needs though. We hope you continue to read the newsletters and take value for the information they contain.
PRODUCT REVIEW - DERMABALM - 2 STARS. Disappointing. Pump action bottle doesn't work well and is not easy to use in difficult to reach areas and has to be used upright. Product is thin and (in my experience) not superior to less expensive, easier to use, creams.

We are so sorry that the Dermabalm hasn't helped you as it is one of our most popular and widely used products, but like most natural and allopathic remedies not everyone benefits from them. The pump mechanism on the pack you have may be faulty as this is not a common cause of concern for buyers so we will gladly replace or refund you on your purchase if you return the pack. We will gladly offer you a full refund if you send us the pack back so that we can investigate the production batch. Michael Please accept our most sincere apologies as we have fallen below the high standards that you have come to expect of us. Unfortunately the shortage of stock co-incided with a period of abscence within our customer service team and we did not follow our normal procedures of letting you know there may be a wait and offering a full refund. We have since contacted all those affected in this way and provided an update - please contact our customer services team directly on the details you can find on the 'contact us' tab of the shop for any further information. Once again we can only apologise for this lapse and genuine error.
Always very interesting information on the subjects although my GP sometimes frowns when I check with her. But thanks to Ray for his research and taking time to let us know. As for the shop - did not look at the new format but never had any problems and received my orders quickly and efficiently. May it long continue and flourish!

Thanks for the reply Dana, sorry you don't like the new shop format. We introduced it as some people were struggling to order from the old shop. But the new one isn't finished yet we will continue to work on it over the next few months so hopefully you will be happy with the final version.
