I bought your advance 7 for my husband to use on his shoulder pain after a recommendation from a lady on holiday. Unfortunately he has had little relief with the cream but the product arrived on time and was undamaged .Thank you Jo White.

Purchased Arganol capsules When received label all in German . Asked for translation and was sent a translation for Krll tablets . Still waiting for the translation for Arganol capsules.

Every so often we do make genuine mistakes, especially when things get busy... there are only a few of us in the company. The capsules originate in Germany and we have to over label them before dispatch with English labels, clearly this was not done in your original order... and then we made the mistake of sending a different product lable to you. Our most heartfelt apologies.

Many thanks for your feedback and review. Ray sends out newsletters to his readers which contain a lot of information he has researched without any commercial aspect to it. However, he must generate some income to cover the costs of creating and delivering these emails as a free of charge service to readers, so from time to time there will be a sales message but always concerning a natural remedy or supplement that he has carried out specific in depth research.
I don't think the spray I recently received has made any difference to my eczema, although I will still keep trying it.

Thank you so much for your feedback on the Good Life Letter. Ray has been writing the newsletters since 2005 and has developed a style of his own, which many of his readers really enjoy. Of course even he would not expect you to read every letter that is sent, just those that interest you.
I enjoy the a Good Life letter about so many different things. However in still not having received the £15 Balsamic Syrup I ordered in the 14 December and with no reply from the Post Office I am now reluctant to order anything else. I cannot afford to just lose £15.00.

We are so sorry that your delivery has been caught up in the postal system, which has been under severe pressure due to the huge amount of Christmas mail on top of COVID absenteeism and a shortage of drivers. We assure you that we are doing all we can to get the parcel to you, but in the event that the goods are not received in the next few days we will honour our promise to refund you for the order.

I bought the book by Rachael Linkie entitled "Save Your Sight" and found content to be excellent but the book binding is awful ,,as the pages keep coming out( its a good job they are numbered). Regarding Goodlife Letter it is an excellent read with very up to date information and delivery of goods very fast I love the humour in your writing.

Many thanks for taking the time to review the Good Life Letter. ray has been researching and writing about natural remedies and supplements since 2005 but found one barrier to allowing people to try some of the advice was knowing that they products they were buying were of sufficient quality. So, from an early stage he also began to search for reliable and high quality sources of 100% natural products, and uses the small income from this to pay for running the newsletter. Because of this the Good Life Letter is a free service, and we hope that this will always be the case. In the modern age he realises that the likes of Amazon and EBay make it easier to find alternative products, but he passionately believes that you will only get the full benefits if your body can use the compounds you present it with. We appreciate your feedback, but hope that this helps explain how the Good Life Letter works.
The Good Life Letter is in fact a sales pitch for a health related product each issue. This in itself is not a problem, as the content relative to the product offered appears to be well researched. However, I feel it would be nice to not always receive a sales pitch, rather to be considered a reader with common interests. There are so many email newsletters around at the moment, and sometimes it's nice to rfead interesting content without being sold at.

The Good Life Letter is, and always will be, a free service which Ray has been writing since 2005 and has a small team of us to help him deliver the newsletters, answer queries and manage orders. Of course this all has a cost which needs to be covered if the Good Life Letter is to stay as a free service. Ray does like to send as many emails as he can and many of them are not specifically aimed at selling anything, but the automated software will recognise any mention of a product and make it a link to the shop. We will try to ensure that the Good Life Letter isn't too commercial though. Once again our thanks for taking the time to review our service.

We are a small operation and need to have an income to cover our staff costs and the cost of developing the free newsletter and sending it out each week. There is no requirement to buy any of the featured products, and the newsletter will always be free. Many of Ray's readers have been with him since he began writing the Good Life Letter in 2005 and regularly write in to say how much they enjoy the content of the emails. I would prefer a shorter letter. I do not have time to read long ones. The American medical letters are also far too long winded.

Ordering was easy, Delivery time a little slow using the Coronavirus as an excuse is not good enough, the post office is still running, when ordering alternative health related products I want to know about where they are sourced and genuine reviews so I can study whether they are worth trying, as they tend to be somewhat expensive if they don’t work
