Hi Alan Thanks for a 5* review, even though you have had problems with the product. I'll get Dave, who deals with suppliers and our packaging, to give you a call so you can explain the problem in detail.

“I have been reading Ray's Good Life Letter for many years now & they are always very interesting & humouris!! I have also bought several products from the Shop recommended by Ray, including books, etc!! One product I recently tried was D-MANNOSE the simple sugar, after reading an amazing piece regarding Womens Problems which I have been suffering from for quite a long time. I took 2 of the tablets in a cup of tea several times a day & Hey Presto! They got rid of the problem within a few weeks!!! I would encourage any lady suffering from continual cystitis or awful vaginal itching, especially after going through the menapause to give them a go! Honestly antibiotics do not get rid of the problem because they kill the good bacteria in the vaginal area & not the bacteria which is causing the problem!! I am so glad I tried the aforesaid D-MANNOSE & continue to use them to help keep the awful vaginal itching at bay by popping the tablets in a cup of tea every so often & am now a happy 71 year old lady!!! So my grateful thanks I send to you, Ray. And I will, of course, continue to enjoy reading The Good Life Letter!! Perhaps it might be an interesting Topic to repeat again in the GLL to help other ladies who suffer from the same problem after post menapause. Had I not read the topic earlier this year, I may well still be suffering the problem even now!!!”

“On a regular basis I buy 3 packs of magnesium and 3 packs of vitamin d3. However while the magnesium is sold as packs of 3 the packs of vitamind3 are sold individually and it is not always easy to automatically get the savings and sometimes your website thinks I want 9 and I am constantly having to go back to alter if. I hope I am making sense here, But I love your good life letter because it is so informative and I have taken on board many things you suggest”

Hi Rosemary I'm sorry you have found the shop difficult to use. We know that some customers did find it difficult, hence the move to the new shop, which I hope you will find easier to use. It allows you to re-order a previous order with one click which should help make the process even easier.
