There is often interesting information in the Letter and those I save, but the original idea of a weekly letter has recently changed to one every few days, often banging on about a product which needs a boost perhaps. These get shredded as irritants Ray, be warned.

I cannot fault anything Good Life does from the shop or in the letter. Ray writes a winner and there is no waiting weeks for the delivery of goods bought. The longest wait is if you happen to fall on the weekend. Eddie. Bradford

Love this site. Get good honest information without any rubbish or people pushing products on you for their own gain. All about everything in moderation no fad diets supplements etc. Just love the way he dissects all the misleading rubbish printed to scaremonger you

I find the style of writing sometimes a little bit 'waffly'. I know it's trying to be entertaining but it doesn't always achieve that for me. I have picked up some good health tips from it, as well as some products that simply haven't delivered the claims made about them...Celadrin is one of those.

It highlights where or who are responsible for problems, for resources and great ideas. I have been reading the Good Life Newsletter since 2006ish love today as I did when I first came across it. I enjoy reading the Good Life Letter because of its style and content. I believe a lot of research goes into the health topics which I find interesting and helpful and, as a result, have purchased products from the website. A little confused as your request is for feedback on our experience with your customer service in the shop but this page specifically refers to the newsletter. However my experience with both elements is good. I have only made one purchase through the shop but it went well. The item was well packaged and arrived in good time. The product itself caused an allergic reaction and I threw it away but that's another story.
