Naturally we are sorry that you don't enjoy the newsletters, but they are very much in Ray's own style which he has been using for over a decade and gets many positive responses to. As we mentioned in a reply to your previous comment and review there are quick links to a more detailed presentation of products and research material at the top of the newsletter which you might find more to your taste.

“Your information often takes boring and irrelevant side steps into your personal life. I am not in the least interested in 'your Lara', your children, your barbecue friends or your mother. This is not a relationship advisory service. Just stick to in-depth natural cures for healing and cut out all the bs of your life!”

Thank you for taking the time to review The Good Life Letter. Ray has been writing the newsletter since 2005 and has many readers who enjoy the open and honest approach he has, sharing aspects of his life is part of that... but we understand that it is not everyones cup of tea. If we were all the same then life truly would be a boring place. If you follow the links in the newsletters you will be taken to a much more specific information page, and there is always a link in the top of the letter to save you having to trawl through the detail - this might be a better solution for you.

Many thanks for your honest and forthright review, we appreciate it. Ray has been writing the Good Life Letter since 2005 and has always tried to be clear that he is not a health expert or is trying to direct how people should live their lives, just provide an insight into how he thinks about natural remedies and why he started to look at them. Much of this comes from looking after himself and his family, hence the introductions usually give an insight into why he began to research a particular topic. There will usually be a link in the three highlights at the top of ech newsletter which will take you to a more direct information piece if that is better suited to your needs though. We hope you continue to read the newsletters and take value for the information they contain.

Many thanks for sharing your experience of the Magnesium Oil Spray, so many people are suffering leg cramps and even restless legs as a result of magnesium deficiency and this oil is a good, topical natural remedy to help prevent problems.

Ray started writing it in 2005 because he could not find anywhere that offered straight forward advice about natural remedies and rarely offered any insight into how they worked and why. He will be thrilled that you find his advice of such value as this was precisiely the reason he started the newsletter and why he still loves researching and writing it every week even now.

“I have had a rash of unknown origin for weeks. The GP only gave me some cream to stop the incredible itching. After trying various creams, I saw the Dermabalm article in the Good Life letter, (which is always informative). I ordered some and after a week or so I have noticed a great improvement in the reduction of itching and skin tone. Iy also goes a very long way. Many thanks”
