No problem with the letter but I have a problem with the monthly order of bergamot. I have just run out again and no sign of any more arriving. Presumably the pack is supposed to last a month, one tablet twice a day.

I have been a subscriber to the Good Life newsletter for some years now, and there has not been any topic that I have not been enriched by, I bought my first manuka honey from the online shop, and have been buying it ever since as a substitute for sugar.

Hi Alan Thanks for the feedback, good to know you haven't had any problems ordering. We usually get all the orders out with 24 hours, the the 2nd class post can take a while, but it keeps the postage cost down. We are looking at introducing a same day, 1st class option and will let you know when this is available.
Always something to look forward to because Ray writes with humour, is down to earth, easy to understand, no bs - the truth. All backed up with great products. Never had a problem with anything i have ordered - so it's all good from my point of view.

Always very interesting information on the subjects although my GP sometimes frowns when I check with her. But thanks to Ray for his research and taking time to let us know. As for the shop - did not look at the new format but never had any problems and received my orders quickly and efficiently. May it long continue and flourish!

Thanks for the reply Dana, sorry you don't like the new shop format. We introduced it as some people were struggling to order from the old shop. But the new one isn't finished yet we will continue to work on it over the next few months so hopefully you will be happy with the final version.
Sorry never bought anything, seem to recall cost of magnesium oil was a bit high compared to Holland & barrett.

Hi Graham Thank for the reply, some of our products will look expensive when compared to super markets or the high street but we believe this is due to the quality of the products. We always try and be price competitive against sellers of the same brands. I had a look on the H&B website and if you buy a three pack our Together Health (£15.99) capsules are cheaper than theirs (£17.29) and with no P&P cost, they charge £2.99 for three packs. Their magnesium oil spray is also a lot more expensive at £12.69 for 100ml, our is £12.95 for 250ml, although I have to say their flakes are far cheaper than us, with postage I have no idea how they can be so cheap. Next time you are going to make an order, please check our shop as well.
