“The Good Life letter is always interesting and often has news of new products which are worth a try. Having contact dermatitis, I have, in the past, bought a Japanese laundry pad, Terra Wash which is a green way of doing the laundry and perfect to take on cruise holidays. I am now trying the Coconut Oil tablets in the hope that my skin will become better lubricated. I’m also trying the Cider Vinegar, honey and warm water drink, also for my skin and gut health.”

“The Good Life Letter provides a mine of information on natural healing and recommends many different ways in which food products, vitamins and herbs can be used to relieve symptoms of a variety of common ailments and illnesses. It is 'down to earth' knowledge and wisdom that permeates through each 'Letter' and gives us pure facts and a thorough understanding of how to treat our bodies naturally to the best of our ability. It errs on the side of 'natural healing' products and lists various alternative treatments to those conditions where doctors can only prescribe artificial medicines and pain relieving drugs. It challenges the media when they produce 'bias' statistics for many 'Big Pharma' drugs and tells us the truth behind their claims. In essence, The 'Good Life Letter' is the 'Bible' of natural healing. Long may it continue.”
