“I have been a customer for at least ten years, always very helpful and good service on the phone. Over the years there have been occasions when trying to order on line has been problematic (particularly since we moved to France). Perhaps the revamped site was to blame for recent issues of being able to log in and create a basket one day, but not to be able to do so the following day when I wanted to place my order, it seems I am now a new customer as that was the only way to place my order.”
