Thank you for your honest review, naturally we apologise for the original mistake (we are only human after all!) but are glad that we were able to sort it out to your requirement. Ray has spent many years trying to find the best and most effective natural remedies, and that means avoiding the High Street brands and looking for small artisan producers of the highest quality and integrity, so he will be delighted to know you like what he has found. “The Good Life Letter is informative, fun and sometimes fanciful - but that may just be Ray's wonderful, wacky sense of humour! The Good Life Shop does what it says on the tin/box/refill pack. It packs and sends orders promptly and efficiently. It also deals in substances not always available on the high street. (No, not THAT sort!) I have never seen the stuff I buy at the Good Life Shop on sale anywhere else and I rely on some of the natural pain relievers, e.g. Celadrin. It is without hesitation that I recommend the shop, the service and the man-in-charge.”
