“Awful site-don't seem to vet companies they deal with. ordered razor blades from gift Hampers on 26 Jan and company took postage from my credit card 2 feb and my account still shows order pending. Contacted company twice on their site but no reply and tried ringing but 0844 number which I was put in a queue so gave up after ages. Had to contact Gogroopie a couple of times before they replied and they offered me a refund of voucher so still out nearly £5 for nothing”

“I have had very good experiences using the Go Groupie shopping web site but recently I have had a few problems with non receipt of vouchers, problems redeeming a voucher and during the latter part of last year I experienced a problem with goods not turning up and being unable to contact the provider but with support from your customer services team there is a possibility that I will get my money back.
I will continue to use the site and hopefully without further problems.”

“Absolutely awful, there are plenty of voucher websites around that offer similar deals, avoid go groupie at all costs.
Customer service is shocking, takes an age to get a response which basically advises you to contact the retailer, no help at all.
They are happy to take the money and leave you to sort out any problems.
I've not received goods and can get no response, demanded a refund and in the process of reporting them to Trading Standards.”

I will endeavour to phone them and if nothing prevails I will pass on my problem to BBC watchdog. It seems that Go Groopie are excellent at giving poor customer service and very reluctant at paying back money owed.”

“Bought a tea pot from go groopie arrived damaged!! Have sent emails but still awaiting any reply !!!! Stupidly purchased further goods from them namely three bed sets. Only two have arrived contacted go groopie AGAIN regarding missing set by email but guess what ? Yea you are right !! Still awaiting a reply!!
Advise people to look elsewhere for goods go groopie just seem to want your cash and don't care about any problems you encounter.

“My daughter ordered the solar lights and she didnt see anywhere to add the gogroopie voucher number however put it into the notes. She was therefore charged £20 over what should have been the price. I contacted them immediately they asked for the voucher number which I emailed immediately although they did say she had failed to add the voucher which is incorrect. It is more than a month later and we still havent had the refurnd despite several emails with somebody covering for the owner when he was on holiday. I await his response again but poor customer service.
As another thing although the lights were delivered quite quickly and packaged well they are rubbish really wouldnt have bothered if we had realised they give literally zero light .... would never purchase anything again from this supplier.”
