“Very disappointed. I gave bought things on go Groopie before with no issues. However a few weeks ago I bought two vouchers for duvets which I have been unable to redeem. I tried contacting the retailer who said they couldn't help, I have contacted gogroopie several times via their website and Google and eventually over two weeks later, got one reply telling me how to redeem the vouchers which was totally useless as the didnt work and as they took so long to reply the vouchers had expired. Obviously they read my emails explaining the issues. I contacted them again several times asking for a refund and have still heard nothing. There is no phone number, they clearly do not monitor their inbox or they would have my many messages. I will have to take this further as it seems I am not the only one with this issue. I only gave the rating I did because I have used them in the past with no problems.”

“I ordered Pack of Gillette Fusion : 2x Pack of Gillette Fusion Blades plus postage from Go Groopie , the item was not forthcoming so I opened a dispute through PayPal but after I received an email I cancelled the dispute through PayPal hoping I would get my order but no such luck this company sucks I left my dispute open p&p so I am now opening a full dispute to get my postage back at least I hope to get some of my money back as I don't think any satisfaction will be forthcoming from Go Groopie.”

“I purchased 2 items on 10th March, my account was debited on 12th March yet I received no confirmation of my proposed purchases, no voucher confirmation, in fact no response from Go Groopie whatsoever. The email site has no way of contacting the company that I could find, I therefore found the company via Google and complained, no response. I contacted them again and gave deadline of next week before I complain to the Police and my Bank that the company has used deception to obtain my money. I did ask to sent Go Groopie emails they just appeared and because of this I was genuinely concerned the Company was bogus, I am still not totally sure whether they genuine or not.”
