I have had very good experiences using the Go Groupie shopping web site but recently I have had a few problems with non receipt of vouchers, problems redeeming a voucher and during the latter part of last year I experienced a problem with goods not turning up and being unable to contact the provider but with support from your customer services team there is a possibility that I will get my money back.
I will continue to use the site and hopefully without further problems.
