“I have been waiting 3 months for a refund after cancelling a voucher. I have been promised the refund of 6 occasions and have still not recieved it. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am now referring this to trading standards as they seem incapable of giving the refund.

“Sadly I don't even think Gogroopie merit even 1 star. I bought 2 kids tablets last year, both of which stopped working very soon after receiving them. I asked for a refund and did for 1 of them but not for the other and sadly my refund was in the form of a credit.
In January this year I seen 2 offers I liked and purchased 2 princess dresses and a doorbell - long story short the dresses never turned up and when I contacted the company directly they said they had never even had the deal with Gogroopie so basically they had advertised something they didn't have. 7 weeks later I'm still awaiting a refund. The doorbell sadly hasn't turned up either despite contacting the company & Gogroopie. Long & short of it don't touch them.”

“For some reason the (very bad) review i placed earlier today is not showing and as usual no response, they owe me £149.00 as a refund as I cancelled the order / voucher as the merchant could not supply the size required, despite this company saying they could. As stated earlier this is now with the Fraud Department of the credit card used.
This is awful customer service as no response to any of the 3 e-mails sent and the phone number(s) supplied are not longer available, I wonder why with an average score of 1.9.”
