Contacted suppliers 3 weeks ago and everyday since, no reply, contacted Gogroopie again, got the same email from them. Ordering online should not be this stressful. Service is very poor when things go wrong.”

“Am trying to get a refund for a item that hasn't been shipped. Have been in email contact with these guys to which they respond once a week asking for more proof I've paid even though I've given them the voucher and PayPal ref. Worst company I've ever dealt with. A disgrace and I wouldn't buy anything through them again at any price. Will be getting a consumer watch dog involved. Avoid”

“Bought three different items from this company and all three were of poor quality and faulty. The return system is impossible as they do not reply to the emails and are very slow at refunding if at all. Needless to say I will give this company a wide birth from now on. “I ordered aftershave for £14.99 over a month ago on 14th February 2015. So far - Nothing.
The money was deducted from my account and I have e-mailed the 'GoGroupie' Customer Services (is there such a dept ????) on four occasions and so far never had an answer.
Still waiting for the goods and still waiting for my money back.
#Next step - Solicitor, court, litigation etc . Whatever.
I would not deal with this bunch of deceitful corrupt fraudsters if you paid me............”

“I orderd some fusion razor blades on the 12/2/15 I redeemed my voucher and have not recieved my razor blades or my money back . It took opening a dispute via PayPal before Go Groupie replied to my emails on the 3rd email.
They are now saying they want me to close the PayPal dispute before they will do anything to rectify this. Am disgusted how they treat their customers.”

“Been constantly trying to obtain a refund for goods that were not delivered and subsequently cancelled. The goods were ordered on 7 December. I received numerous excuses about 'system error' or backlog. Customer service is really poor and they do not fulfil their own terms and conditions about refunds. It has taken months to sort it out but only through Paypal eventually”

“I have a voucher which I was meant to be refunded for but have not received any money back although 3 weeks have elapsed. I did not receive towels which I redeemed a voucher for a couple of months ago and GoGroupie are supposedly looking into for me but again no correspondence from them. Lastly I bought a voucher for a teeth whitening pen from Cougar and this burned my mouth and I needed emergency treatment from ny doctor..I have advised both GoGroupie and Cougar about thus but no one seems to care.”

“If there was an option lower than 1 I would give it in a heartbeat. Their advertising is misleading. Nowhere does it say that when you have paid for the item you then have to buy vouchers for the same thing. It mentions vouchers, but not as a part of the purchasing procedure. Then, when, after a month I enquired what had happened to my order I was told that my vouchers had expired. I explained that I didn't want vouchers JUST THE ITEMS I HAD PAID FOR! I was then told we are a voucher company and was offered credit. I said I wanted my money back, but was told I couldn't. Their Chief Executive, John Mackey will be hearing from me and, I hope Trading Standards, whose office I shall be contacting as soon as I finish this review. This is exceedingly bad business practice and they should be closed down.”

Worst thing that worries me is that the customer service tel number now does NOt exist. I have asked them for my money back but received nothing. I am going to take this up with trading standards now as this customer service does not exist and disgusting.

“Go groupie seem to have a consistancy of poor customer service.This is now the second review I have written as it seems the only way to get a response.
I contacted them regarding some goods that I'd ordered and hadn't arrived. Despite contacting them via an e-mail (as per their website instructions) I didn't get a response. I then put a review on here and got an e-mail back saying that I would receive a credit and when I replied almost immediately saying I wanted my money back - nothing!
I've now looked at my account and I still haven't received the credit over a week later! I don't want a credit as I do NOT want to use Gogroupie again.”
