9.4.2021. Hello Regrefully I'm having to write about 4 items PAID but have not received & 2 saying expired, they hadn't when I ordered them & one dating from Dec.2020. There are as well another 3 PAID FOR & NOT RECEIVED- WHY? It is a shame writing this as Gogroopie I have bought from DAILY! I have sent emails but NO ONE HAS REPLIED TO THEM. I have given them plenty of time to contact me without success & now I am LIVID. It is like trying to get through to god & now exasperated with Gogoogle & will no longer be their LOYAL Customer.

Hi. I have ordered the shark tale blanket on the 27th September you have had the money for approximately three weeks I am fed up with emailing trying to phone to which just rings I am a single mother. And this was a gift for my five year old son. I would like this rectified as soon as possible you are in London and I'm in Cornwall what is the issue?

I found ordering a little confusing as I was never quite sure if the order had been completed, so I found to my horror that I had ordered the same item several times! However, the advice and help to put things right was second to none. Your Customer Service was most especially good and I will be able to order with confidence in the future.

Everything is fine, and the lady was very helpful.. I am a little concerned about some carbon monoxide detectors I bought some time ago in that I haven't received delivery yet? Andrew Jenkins

Hi Andrew, Thank you for your review. We can see that you have not allowed the delivery period the merchant has advised for the Carbon Monoxide and Gas Detectors. Although you purchased your voucher in May you only redeemed the voucher, placing the order with the merchant a few days ago. We can confirm that this order has now successfully been sent to the merchant and will be with your shortly. There are also two vouchers on your account that have still not been redeemed. Our Customer Support Team has emailed you with the details, that can also be found by logging into your GoGroopie account or checking your emails, so that you can place your orders before the vouchers expire. I signed up to Gogroopie to buy 2 garden hoses for £10.99 for pair. I quickly realised than when paying I did not get time to put in who I was and delivery address. I also was annoyed to note that when payment made then there is the P&P added without prior knowledge. I can buy these products with a delivery charge. As I have not redeemed the voucher I have tried to cancel and I do not believe this has happened, no acknowledgement. I have now emailed to ensure that this is not activated and monies repair to paypal. However, you have a very bad reputation for not responding to customers, so I would be glad to get a response Mrs LMcPhee

Hi Lorna, Your vouchers are sent to the email address you provide upon purchase and must be redeemed with the merchant to place your order. Each deal on our website and every voucher purchased explains how to redeem and our Customer Support Team are available by email and phone if the online instruction is not clear for anyone and they require assistance. Each deal that requires dispatch clearly states the postage and packaging fee the merchant has requested as you can see by looking at our website. If you have an expired voucher and would like assistance you can email us at support@gogroopie.com and our Customer Support Team can assist you. The bloke I spoke to on the phone was helpful and sorted my problem only drawback was it took over 5 minutes of ringing before I got to speak to someone other than that great

Having had a torrid spell of trying to sort out my order of pots and pans, I seem to have struck better service and I shall review it all when my goods arrive = PLEASE WAIT !

Good deal's the only problem that I find is occasionally the vouchers go to my junk box and I have difficulty accessing them otherwise ok

Hi, Your vouchers are sent automatically to the email address you provide upon purchase and can be accessed at any time through your GoGroopie account. If you cannot find the voucher in your inbox it could have been filtered, so please check all mailboxes and you can change your email account settings to prevent this. Kind regards, GoGroopie

I find the deals on Groopie very good but the delivery times on most items is terrible, its the one area that need to be improved,also it would be nice to receive acknowledgement from the supplier that your order has been received and processed

I have bought a lot of items from merchants which were good,but the downside is that 2 merchants failed to send items and I lost the postage,this is not acceptable.

The interim response received. Hi William, Thank you for getting back to me. I was simply offering your refund in credits as our customers are happy to accept credit (the fastest method to refund) to make alternative purchases. As you do not seem happy to make a booking I will send the cancellation requests to the agents now for a refund to your original method of payment. We expect a response from them shortly. Please note that refunds can take approximately 7 days to process as we await written confirmation from the merchants, and you card issuer to make the funds available to you. Please let me know if you have any further questions. I will send you an email as soon as we issue the refunds We shall see what happen now, a simple customer service course should be undertaken, when the customer asks for a full refund, the customer wants a full refund not a credit note. Will update in 7 days.

I am pleased with Gogroopie and the help they have and are giving me. The down side is getting the items sent. I still have items that have not been sent and am still chasing/waiting for. Trouble is I am starting to think that I will not continue using this. The deals are great, when you receive them

Gogroopie did eventually refund money in to my account thanks for that .But I now have a voucher which I had totally forgotten until today and it expires tomorrow my problem is I have voucher details but do not know how to redeem it old lady it us lol please help ????

I've been with go groupie for over two years now , was very happy with the vouchers , until I got a voucher for trainers , the voucher didnt go through a few times ,contacted ,gave me a quick redeem , but the item arrived faulty and missing buttons , wanted a replacement have contacted the site and the merchant a few times and still no reply , it is probably the merchants fault but would have appreciated a quick response atleast ...

You have some good deals the problem is your delivery waiting times are far too long. Normal delivery time you say is 2-4 weeks, but usually it takes 4 weeks before a delivery. Also i have cancelled a order and i am still waiting for my refund again you say it can take 2 weeks, but it does not take 2 weeks to take the money from me when i buy something. So refunds and delivery times should be much quicker.

Bought 3 items from gogroopie in the past two months. 2 arrived in good time and were good quality. The third arrived a few days late and had a damaged box, may need to think about changing delivery company for that merchant

i have ordered various items from gogoopie & most of the items have been recieved, my only concern is the lack of customer service when things are not sent. in september i ordered a pair of mp3 sunglasses & in november i ordered a pack of fussion razor blades, both items have never turned up. after an initial interest in my problem in december i have heard nothing in regards to this being chased up or having my monry put back into my account. i have sent proof of payment via pictures of e-mail transactions & have never had feedback from customer service, i have ordered some more razor blades, but i'm not holding my breath as when or if they'll turn up. i have continued to use gogoopie for the time being as apart from these items everything else has arrived, but i have to admit i'm losing patience & am losing faith with gogoopie
