“So far there has only been phone contact, and was my initial call to them. I cannot remember the name of the guy I spoke to, but he was exemplary. Polite, concise, no pressure and very professional. He made clear my options, going me plenty of time to make a choice, and he was very patient with me. I suffer from physical and mental disabilities, but he made me feel very comfortable with his demeanour. I received an email outlining my repair while I was still on the phone. So far so efficient. I'm sure that I will be dealt with utmost professionalism as time goes on and my repair is made. Thank you very much indeed.”

“Didn’t make me happy as I’m always happy even when I’m not but the gentleman I spoke with was very professional and succinct and precise. He made me realise that I was getting a very good deal from a professional company and that by taking out the insurance deal along with the repair I would be giving myself peace of mind if anything else went wrong. Very pleased.”
