I have been sold goassist cover for my washing machine that is 8 years old.When my washing machine broke down I reported it and they adviced me to clean the filter and put on the hot wash that should clear the fault.after following instructions and flooding my garage fault did not clear.They said that engineer will contact me .I called again and they told me that I have to fill the form and send it via email.I've done that.I phoned again after 3 days and they told me that engineer will contact me all I need to do is sit and wait.After few days nobody calling I called again and they have told me that form needs 5 working days to be processed.I called after 5 working days they told me that they are reviewing my form and they will contact me.they finally contacted me 13 days after filling the form trying to establish exect date when washing machine broke down instead of trying to rectify the fault or do something about it.For person speaking to me it was more imortant if washing machine broke down 13 or 14 days ago.we ended up conversation that his manager will call me to rectify the problem.I will write another review if there is improvement and they fix my washing machine but right now service was so poor and slow,wasting my precious time and money.When I told this to my friends at work they reccomended British Gas cover as excellent.No form filling no delay .

very good at calling you back on the phone ,very helpful staff . glad I took this plan out because at the break down time I was not working and this saved me time and money. I would highly recommend the outstanding service kind regards bryan foster

Had a fixed price repair done last week, great service and they managed to fix another fault free of charge that wasn't stopping the washing machine working but was annoying!!!! Would recommend.

Brilliant service from go-assist they could not repair my machine so replaced it with an update version of my old miele. Found the below review a bit strange as they did not ask me to pay anything towards it but having used d&g in the past they made me pay 70 percent towards my new dishwasher despite not making that clear in my documents which is why I looked for a new company. Sounds like an inside review to me.anyway friendly company and dealt with the situation to my satisfaction.

I was really pleased with go assist... Everyone I spoke with concerning my washing machine were very friendly and helpful. My washing machine was fixed within a week,. Overall I was very happy with the whole service I received from go assist and wish to thank them. Thank you.
