“These solar panels installed by Glow Green. The panels were installed by 1 electrician in 1 day, very clean and tidy, every thing is working well so far. i like it!.”

“A very good service, but too compartmentalised, not a single point of contact. If you had a question, always moved around. Though when it came to the final days everything ran like clockwork. Stock Delivery, Scaffolding and Installation. 1 2 3, Monday Tuesday Wednesday. Bish Bash Bosh”

“Had 12 solar panels and 10kwh battery storage installed. Price compared well with other quotes, using highly rated equipment. Only negatives would be that I (customer) would do the survey by taking multiple photos and luck of the draw on installation team - I had an excellent roofing and electrical team”

“My experience with glow green has been a good one. My only complaint is that I was told that my air con unit I ordered had wifi capabilities and it doesn’t. I was hoping to use the wifi to be able to turn the unit on in the bedroom while on my way home from work to cool the room down before we got home from work. The first one I ordered was out of stock and the gentleman I spoke with said that this replacement air con had wifi capabilities as well but he was mistaken.”

“Engineer I can't fault. Your customer services don't seem to read the emails fully. We had to rearrange the service because of other commitments but it took a while to get them to fully understand my email and get them to understand. Had email still following up on original booking when I had told them we wouldn't be there. Other than that 5*.”

“I found the Glow Green experience very good - efficient and swift installation of my boiler. The only problem I had was being bombarded with emails- most were daily reminders of things I needed to do to complete the paperwork which I had planned to do once the final bit of the work was completed. This meant that I had to trawl through many emails to ensure I had done everything.”

“Absolutely exceptional service from the very first contact to the installation of the Panels which are working brilliantly with no problems. Only reason not a 5 star review was the service level dropped off after full payment had been made which made applying to sell excess energy back to the Grid (still not yet confirmed) and getting the scaffolding removed (was left for 4 weeks) down to me to chase for info”

“Initial contact very good and fitter was in time and did a very professional job, but your finance team let you down with unwanted emails asking to finalise things that had been done weeks before and reported back to them that they had already been completed”
