“Quotes back quick and then order placed and install done quick. A problem occurred following install and company were really slow in addressing what turned out to be a very easy fix but eventually dealt with.”

“Booked a service call. First engineer never showed up! Rebooked and second engineer was great, did everything he should and more. We had a problem with our CO monitor going off and he came back to check and then reset everything after the gas safety check had been done. Couldn't have asked for more. It would appear to have been a faulty alarm, but knowing everything had been checked and double checked was very comforting.”

“Had 12 solar panels and 10kwh battery storage installed. Price compared well with other quotes, using highly rated equipment. Only negatives would be that I (customer) would do the survey by taking multiple photos and luck of the draw on installation team - I had an excellent roofing and electrical team”

“My experience with glow green has been a good one. My only complaint is that I was told that my air con unit I ordered had wifi capabilities and it doesn’t. I was hoping to use the wifi to be able to turn the unit on in the bedroom while on my way home from work to cool the room down before we got home from work. The first one I ordered was out of stock and the gentleman I spoke with said that this replacement air con had wifi capabilities as well but he was mistaken.”

“Engineer I can't fault. Your customer services don't seem to read the emails fully. We had to rearrange the service because of other commitments but it took a while to get them to fully understand my email and get them to understand. Had email still following up on original booking when I had told them we wouldn't be there. Other than that 5*.”
