“Great company nothing is to much for them I had a great price for my solar panels.the delivery was really quick and fitted in a day. No mess all cleared away ,agreat bunch of workers can’t fault them a pleasure to do business with this company and highly recommend them .”

“Solar panels fitted a month ago and still we wait for the work to be finished. Nobody from glow green is managing our project and nobody speaks to us. Constantly chasing to get an update Very disappointing”

Helpful Report

“Explained how and when work would be done, and completed on time. Very reasonable price for new boiler. Kept in touch during work to explain what they were doing. Made sure all was up to accepted standard. Highly recommend.”

Helpful Report

“Reece the sparky and Lewis the roofer both excellent. Scaffolder turned up 20 days late, was also a week late removing the scaffold. System seems good so far but the whole experience was ruined by the scaffolder, customer service were little or no use because as a contractor they couldn’t simply tell him to get it done as they would have been able if he was an employee. So it was the cheapest but obviously for a reason, the overuse of contractors is rife these days luckily for me the electrician and the roofer were top class and very professional.”

Helpful Report

“Cheapest for a reason. Price, install, scaffolding all 10/10 Aftersales is an absolute shambles. Cannot speak to anyone, nobody calls you back. 8 calls made across 3 weeks just to get my MCS certificate and G99, which I knew they had from speaking with UK Power. £70 of exporting money lost due to their incompetence. Reality is they’re cheap because they have next to no staff behind the scenes so do no except anything. 3 weeks for something I was told would take 5 days.”

“Very helpful and very professional thanks 😀👍”

“Just had 8 solar panels installed with the Duracell battery system. All linked up to an app on my iPhone. The installed the inverter and battery in the loft then installed two smoke alarms to mains. They removed all the rubbing from site. Thanks, Jamie and Harry.”

Helpful Report

“Russell was very professional and great to work with. He was on time and finished the job as promised. The boiler work was excellent and the clean-up was superb. I would definitely use them again.”

Helpful Report

“Excellent work from start to finish, planning was communicated really well. Installation went really well scaffolding and equipment all turned up when it was stated. Installation team were very professional. really happy with the whole job from start to finish.”

Helpful Report

“After 3 weeks still waiting for the job to be completed Impressed with the standard of work but still waiting for parts to arrive and to be connected to the grid”

Helpful Report

“Waiting still for more than three weeks for scaffolding to be removed after five request. Hire scaffolding firm said not told by Glow Green to do something and may be another month before they can do it.”

Helpful Report

“Excellent service from the scaffolders to the electricians , everything went smoothly i would definitely recommend”

Helpful Report

“Good service thank you”

Helpful Report

“Polite efficient and effective both from the office and from the site operatives we encountered.”

Helpful Report

“Rory was great, always on time and provided excellent service”

“Solar panel companies are hard to find. After research I plumped for Glow Green and I am very satisfied. I got 12 solar panels/inverter and 5KW battery. Before confirming there was no big sell but honest advice and then a fixed price. From start to finish it was just over a month and it went pretty smoothly. The call centre is excellent and very quick to respond. 3 days before install I had an email asking would I like an upgrade on the solar panels for no extra cost! Of course I accepted. They were 20% less than my Octopus quote to put it in perspective.”

Helpful Report

“Listened to my aims when preparing quotation, laid out the plan for doing the job, kept very close to plan when doing work, completed pretty well on time, provided all necessary documents, and stated process for dealing with any issues covering all stages of the project, and for the aftercare. Very good all-round effort.”

Helpful Report

“When you tell us when you will take away the scaffolding”

Helpful Report

“The price for the boiler and installation was competitive.Customer service was awkward because there were so many people in different departments assigned to your case and on many occasions you werent sure which perdon to call and most of the time you couldnt get hold of them anyway”

Helpful Report

“We had 11 panels and a battery, They did a fabulous job clean and tidy and it works a treat”
