“Please read the negative reviews before booking with this company. I went with them as was offered a cash incentive through my utility provider but it has cost me more than this in outlays. Three weeks down the line I have no working boiler . They are now trying to charge me and extra £200 for an electrician to fix a fuse spar that was working perfectly fine prior to installation. I raised a complaint last week but no one wants to take any responsibility.. they do not have their own engineers they ring up random engineers in your area so it is a hit or miss who you get and when there is an issue they are not equipt to deal with it”

“If you phone them with any concerns after installation the response you get is very poor. Even though you are paying monthly for the protection. They will give you a case no and never return your call or answer e mails and if you call them they will say Someone will give you a call back but they never do .”

“I would recommend this company to anyone who wants solar panels installed. We have had them for just over 1 year and it's helped reduce our electricity bill. The company were professional and explained the process so we knew what to expect. Everything happened on the agreed dates and the installation was done in the day. They explained the app on my phone, and we now have a full years data so we can see easily where the energy we use comes from, either the panels, the battery, or the powergrid. Their customer service is better now, and will help with any queries we have had and some issues too which were all resolved satisfactorily. We have communicated by phone and email, and we always receive an answer/explanation quickly.”

“Presales, delivery comms etc was great. Problem was with installation. Engineer saw the water quality was poor and recommended a flush.. but still installed a brand new boiler with poor quality water running through it causing fault codes and intermittent hot water /heating for a week. The magnaclense was installed in the airing cupboard (furthest point to the boiler.) Manufacturer recommends its installed as close to the boiler. The pump over-run switch was not installed. The pump runs way after the heating is switched off. Overall, the install let me down.”

The boiler is a quality unit and the fitting was done to a high standard by an experienced technician. I could not have been better. It was completed in good time after I had decided to go ahead. The people I have dealt with were all very patient and courteous.”
