“Do not use this company Been a customer of glow green for 5 years. Upon having a boiler installed, we took up the service contract with this company, who stated that a warranty would be in place for the next 12 years if service carried out with them regularly. Unfortunately for myself, their reminding system to assist with remembering when to get a boiler service is absolutely woeful, and we didnt receive a reminder email in 2024. There is absolutely no system in place there to assist with chasing it through, and they are happy to let this go by and not care about it. My boiler now unfortunately has an issue, and they are happy to request that i pay a call out fee to have them come and look at the issue (even though i have been consistently paying them money for a service that i never received). It seems this system only benefits their company and i do care to give them any more of my money if this is the way it treats its customers. Everything will be cancelled and i will give someone else my money instead to undoubtedly give me a better customer experience. On top of all this, it has taken them 2 weeks to finally tell me this is there final position on the matter. Dreadful. Steer clear!!”

“From the very first enquiry I made about solar panels with battery, I was guided through each decision looking at variables as we went by Liam. He was very instructive, calm and explained with great clarity. I didn't feel at any point under pressure to purchase and felt reassurance at the idea of being free to change my mind at any point of the process. On the day of installation Matthew, our appointed electrician was absolutely marvellous, very calm, easing the process but also meticulous. A pleasure to have in our home. The fitters found alternative ways of fitting the panels as this is where I feel having a surveyor visiting rather than relying purely on an algorithm would be hugely beneficial. After service too has given us great peace of mind and we are seeing very welcome savings on our electricity smart reader. Thank you Glow Green”

“The engineer called 30 minutes prior to his arrival, and arrived when he said he would. He carried all the checks, and sent me the gas certificate via email the next day. Pleasant and polite attitude, and was kind to answer my questions. I was also very pleased to receive a call asking me about my experience with the engineer, going through the main things required to be done by the engineers, so another positive point for the company as last time the engineer didn't do his job well and I had to have a different company carry on the checks and had them sent to Glow Green to come fix. Bottom line is, I'm pleased to see there is a will for improvement. Thank you!”

“My recent boiler service went well, there were no issues to deal with this time and the engineer was friendly , courteous and knowledgeable. He also had a very good memory, as he visited last year and although he thought he had resolved our issue with a radiator, unfortunately it was not the case and subsequently it took a long time for Glowgreen to agree to resolve the issue. All is well now and the engineer checked the boiler and completed all the required paperwork having booked a service several weeks in advance!”

“Highly recommended. I found Glow Green on the Internet. I was concerned at the start because all conciliation were done on the phone and in my case they would be using subcontractors to do the work. My first point of contact was Sam, part of the design team. He took time to ensure I understood the process and I was getting a sysrem that would would suit my needs. I was left to think about it and there was no pressure for me to buy. When I phoned Sam, he always had time to explain and answered my question. At all time I was kept upto date and the insulation went as planned. The delivery team phoned on the day of delivery and although it's booked as a kerb side delivery, they put the panels and equipment in my garage. The scaffolding team were very professional and polite. On the day of the insulation, Chris and his team arrived early, Chris walked me through the insulation, ensuring at every point I understood. Chris helped me to down load the duracell app and explained how it work. Overall, I would not hesitate in recommending Glow Green to family and friends.”

“I'd not heard of Glow Green before so was slightly apprehensive when commissioning them for a £11k sixteen panel/inverter/battery/EV system. However I can not fault the service and value they've given me, at every step from planning to delivery, installation and after care. Communication was great and every deadline was met. The electricians and roofer were polite, knowledgeable and neat. I thoroughly recommend Glow Green and will definitely give them a call if I need any other products or services they provide!”
