“The whole process was very good the sales explaining the boiler options, through to the finance team arranging the payment. Installation was trouble free and the engineer was very good. The one thing that let down the whole experinece, hence only 4 stars and not 5, was the delivery driver who left the boiler pallett in the disabled bay on the road out side the house and would not help to bring it to the doorstep let alone into the house. Otherwise, everything else went as expected.”

“The fitter was excellent, but that doesn’t match up up to the sales or customer service from their office thus far. After sending plenty of photos to their office before the install,when the fitter inspected the gas supply he informed me that the it needed to be upgraded meaning i would need to lift floor boards all the way to supply point. So this meant I’d need another day off work for this extra works to be done. So the initial quote given over the phone was wrong even tho I said to the salesman are you sure this doesn’t need to happen or the gas supply needs upgrading.. I had to pay an extra £200 & I really didn’t want to waste the (sub contractor)fitters time. After being put on the spot by their office I had no choice to pay this even this was Greenglow who made the mistake.. As the extra money had to be added to the financial agreement according to Greenglow I had to make several calls & emails to chase this up…as it was their mistake I feel this should have been sorted by them too.. The fitter told me that immediately after install Greenglow would register the boiler for 5yrs, after 3weeks with no word from their office, decided to register it with Vaillant as didn’t want to miss out on a warranty even tho Vaillant only offer 2yrs. Shortly after this Greenglow contacted me about setting up an extended warranty which would be more money a month to pay..I explained my situation & the salesman said they probably had already registered the boiler. I then asked to check if I did indeed have a 5yr warranty, after being put on hold for 10mins I was informed that they hadn’t registered it so I’d need to contact Vaillant to cancel my registration…….unbelievable is all i could say… The whole process should never be made this difficult an stressful for any customer…so if your thinking of using Greenglow don’t !!!!!”

“As soon as I knew the existing Boiler in my tenant's flat was beyond economic repair I began my search for the most competitive and swiftest replacement. Glow Green proved to be the most responsive in terms of advice, ease of communication, and rapid installation time. My tenant's feedback was excellent and full of praise for how professional the installer was and how he remained on site late till completely satisfied that the heating and hot water were perfectly restored with the tenants fully understanding the latest advanced control system in Freezing January.”

“I've had a terrible time with Glow Green, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They initially seemed great, with a knowlegable sounding sales team. However made several changes to the design after I had paid the deposit. Put the scaffolding up and tried to force futher changes to the proposed system. Stopped answering my emails and then verbally cancelled the job in a rude and unprofessional way. Install was supposed to be in January. Still have scaffolding up and they STILL HAVE MY £2000 DEPOSIT. Appalling and incompetant service that has wasted my time and now means I have to start the process again. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. They have also questioned the integrity of my review to try to get it taken down, so here it is again. This company are dispicable seriously stay well away.”
