“Was happy with Greenglow but not their contractors as I was left with 3 radiators not working and a leaking valve squirting water all over my wall and carpet I phoned the contractors twice as it messed all the heating up and pressure went down , they explained how to put pressure back unto the boiler but promised to come back in a cohole of days to sort the radiator , but never showed up so I phoned them and they promised to come back the following week but again never showed . It's been 2 wks now and heard nothing . Not happy with service or after care .”

“After I paid 50% of the boiler installation price, I had to wait about 3 weeks for the engineers to come to do the job. I almost cancelled the job, so it's was a very poor service and I am still struggling to program/operate Salus TR520, remote device when I only need hot water without the need for central heating.”
