“From initial contact to getting a quote was very fast. The installation date was then just 6 weeks later - impressive. After some confusion about delivery dates of the panels and battery etc, all arrived and was complete and in order. The installation team were excellent (Aras Ozarslan and his team) - I couldn't fault them - polite and tidy. Aras was very efficient and kept me informed every step of the way and ensured that I fully understood everything.”

“Gret boiler but installation of condensation overflow is farcical. Vertical down pipe enters a nearly horizontal pipe to the drain slowing the velocity of flow to such an extent that it will almost certainly freeze in winter as it has at least 6 times. Lagging applied by a plumber also soaks up hot water that is applied in an effort to defrost the pipe. The pipe is now lagged with a frozen lagging making the likelihood of freezing even higher . Derrr go fathom.”

“Glow Green provided a good price for my solar installation. Contracted out to installers who did a good job. Communication from Glow Green could have been better as we did hear much in the build-up. Installation not complete almost a month after initial install as waiting for Tigo optimisers. Scaffolding still up and rubbish/pallets not collected yet. Not heard anything in a couple of weeks. Can't fault the price or the installation so far but service could be improved.”

“Very attentive sales department and a responsive contact. I was well informed throughout the process from buying, through to the installation. Very good service, I would highly recommend it. The only thing to improve would be synchronisation between Glow Green and subcontractors ei. the scuffolding company, where delay putting the scuffolding up, delayed the actually installation by almost 3 weeks, which I was not happy about. Waiting on people to come all day, having taken a day off work, had to chase for an update only to be told they would not turn up. Room for improvement there.”

“Very good quality installation overall slightly hampered by resourcing issues which delayed commissioning, but we are very pleased with the result. Installation staff were first class and very easy to work with. We were given professional guidance about where best to locate the inverter and battery unit and the system commissioning was clearly explained and demonstrated. I would be happy to recommend Glow Green.”
